Vi är tyvärr väldigt besvikna på vår vistelse på Jacy’z Hotel & Resort.

När vi kom in i rummet möttes vi av en väldigt tråkig syn. Rummet var inte ordentligt städat eller förberett inför vår ankomst. Det låg skräp och papper på golvet, sängen var ostädad och helhetsintrycket var långt ifrån vad man förväntar sig av ett hotell i den här prisklassen.

Det som gjorde upplevelsen ännu sämre var att vi själva behövde kontakta receptionen för att uppmärksamma dem på situationen. Det är inte gästens ansvar att behöva kontrollera om rummet är städat och redo vid incheckning.

Vi hade höga förväntningar på Jacy’z och med tanke på hotellets profil och prisnivå förväntar man sig en helt annan standard, både när det gäller renlighet och service.

Tyvärr började vistelsen med en stor besvikelse och det påverkade helhetsupplevelsen. Vi hoppas att hotellet tar detta på allvar och ser över sina rutiner så att andra gäster slipper samma upplevelse.

Superfin lobby och hotellbar men resten sådär

Väldigt fin lobby och pool club.

Cons:

Slitna detaljer i rummen och på toaletterna. Frukosten var under all kritik, matsalen räcker inte till för hälften av gästerna som får sitta i lobbyn, på soffor, i baren och gå långt för att hämta mat. Det är byggt för att vara mysigt men inte för att få många gäster att ha en smidig frukost. Jag gillar inte heller att man checkar in sent (kl.16) och sedan får man redan lämna rummet kl.10. Vid utcheckningen var det ingen som frågade om hur vår vistelse hade varit. Här hade det behövts mer omsorg vad gäller kunder men även hotellet.
