Beautiful blissful stay at the most exquisite hotel in Sweden!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, so much variety and everything was fresh and tasty. It might seem simple but I love the lobby area. The decor, the music and the fact that the lift takes you exactly where you want to go without stopping was a touch for me. I enjoyed dancing to the music while waiting for the lift. Let me just add, the playlist during my stay was absolutely excellent. There was something for everyone. The beds were so incredibly cosy and the room was full of light but those curtains...... THOSE CURTAINS, they really did the job. I love the aesthetic of the entire hotel. The staff were so friendly and on hand for anything we needed. The food in GOGOGAGA was good. We got a sharing platter so got to try lots of things from their menu. The staff were funny and friendly, just what I needed in my mini-break. The spa facilities were beautiful, clean and very chill. If you can, get the fries with the jalapeños mayo, chefs kiss!!!! I'm going back very very soon and bringing more people with me.

Cons:

They need to find a better route to get rid of the rubbish because taking it through the lobby area left quite a strong smell when waiting for the lift. That's it! The rest was TRULY AMAZING!!!

Pros:

Välordnat, nära ullevi och centrum, flera restauranger/barer, gott om parkeringar nära hotellet.
Gårda = GAIS 🟩⬛️😀

Pros:

Wunderschönes großes Zimmer und toller Bettkomfort. Reichhaltiges Frühstück welches keine Wünsche offen ließ, jedoch leider zu wenig Sitzplätze

Das Restaurant im 27. Stockwerk ist wunderschön. Erstklassiges Essen und Service

Cons:

Die andauernde Beschallung von ziemlich lauter Musik , die sich leider immer wieder wiederholte. Dies ließ einen längeren Aufenthalt an der sonst sehr gemütlichen Lobbybar nicht zu.

Der saunaclubb ist trotz Zeitreservierung total überfüllt. Der Service sowie die Bequemlichkeit leidet darunter. Pool und Sauna sind nicht nutzbar wegen überfüllung. Schade für so ein sonst hochklassiges Hotel

A beautiful place to unwind and be catered to.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff from arrival to departure. The decadence of the hotel was beautiful. The food was of excellent quality. We are already making plans to revisit. We were both able to relax unwind and be comfortable, making use of all facilities.

Cons:

The size of the bedroom on the 16th floor was quite small and the bathroom had a cracked face basin sink. However the price was a very good deal therefore was able to look past the tiny room.
