El hotel es bonito, estético.

Cons:

El servicio muy regular, no estaba el chef no tenían muchas opciones de comida. Solicite decoración pero no lo hicieron y solo me avisaron cuando llegue. El baño no tenía agua, el jacuzzi no calentó. Aunque las personas que nos atendieron fueron amables, creo que no está bien administrado.

La comida no es buena, no hay opciones para comer, se tuvo que devolver comida porque era maluca y toda las personas que estábamos o se iban a comer a otro lugar o la dejaban y todas las actividades hay que pagarlas, primera vez que voy a un lugar y tengo que pagar el jacuzzi y demás cosas a parte

Pros:

La tranquilidad, todas las instalaciones. La acomodación y la excelente atención de los chicos, todo lo que necesitamos como un calentador, más cobijas, un abrigo adicional para la mascota, siempre estuvieron con la mejor actitud.

Cons:

En la alimentación quedan cortos, las opciones de cena no tiene comida muy llamativa pero al consultar a los otros comensales no la recomendaron entonces mejor salimos. En el desayuno sería chévere que preguntaran por ejemplo si le gustan los maicitos con el huevo y así con lo demás

A good birding location not far from MDE airport if you have an extra day in Medellin.
Pros:

This place has a 4-star resort vibe (with some strange little quirks). Staff was very attentive and helpful. Onsite nature trail and secluded location were great.

Cons:

Guard dogs on premise were somewhat of a nuisance while birding on the grounds early in the morning.
