I almost don’t want to say good things to selfishly make sure they don’t get fully booked up on me in the future! Haha i
Pros:

Comfortable, safe and easy-going environment. Both inside and outside.

Cons:

No attached bathroom but it’s part of the value and was never once an issue for me over multiple stays now.
