I had a pleasant night, certainly probably due to fatigue.
Pros:

No breakfast was offered. The location is good, but the only amenities I enjoyed were a decent bathroom and WiFi connection. Someone’s private items were in the room and the door had no lock. It’s not that easy to sleep in the midst of total strangers without some kind of barrier.

Cons:

Some toast and coffee would be adequate breakfast for most people with the kind of money l paid. Essentially, I paid £80 to sleep on a bed and have a bath.
