Pros:

Хороший современный отель, высокое здание, которое хорошо видно из исторического центра, удобно ориентироваться ) Достопримечательности Кёльна и магазины в шаговой доступности. Хороший завтрак, вкусный кофе. В номере есть чайник, чай и растворимый кофе в пакетиках. Хорошая звукоизоляция.

Cons:

Подушки пожалуй не очень удобные.

The most horrible experience in making a hotel reservation
Cons:

READ THIS BEFORE EVEN CHECKING ANY ROOM

I made a reservation of a room at this place and added my Austrian erste Bank debit card as payment. Next day I got a message that my card is not acceptable and I reached them and they told me explicitly add a credit card, because they can ONLY make the payment through that. I decided to cancel my booking then. The instant that I cancelled my payment, I got cut 90% of the room reservation cost, even though they told me they can not accept my card!

I then called them, and they first direct you an extremely useless AI agent, so they can make you frustrated and waste your time, finally I was passed to a person, and they did not take any responsibility regarding my case, and after 5 minutes of argument they put the phone on the table and put me on hold and fully ignored me for the rest of the call (10 more minutes of no response), until I gave up and got frustrated and stopped the call!

this is my experience with this people, who have NO respect for costumer and they really do not care about costumer, just for your money. If you want to make a reservation here, DO reconsider your decision, there are far better places in cologne to stay, so you do not need to deal with unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant people.

Bellissima struttura in una bella città

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Shower only had one heat setting and leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were also stains on the bedroom floor. Also no real desk in the room which made it difficult to work.
