Mi estadía en el Hotel Faranda Collection Cúcuta fue maravillosa de principio a fin. Desde la llegada, el personal me atendió con una amabilidad y profesionalismo excepcionales. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa, hicieron que me sintiera bienvenida en todo momento.

Las habitaciones son modernas, amplias y muy cómodas, con una limpieza impecable y todos los detalles bien cuidados. La piscina tipo jacuzzi es deliciosa perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar un rato tranquiló, y el restaurante ofrece platos exquisitos con un excelente servicio. El desayuno, además, es variado y de gran calidad.

La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo y en una zona segura. En general, el ambiente del hotel transmite elegancia, confort y calidez.

Recomiendo el Faranda Collection Cúcuta al 100%. Es el lugar perfecto para descansar, disfrutar y sentirse bien atendido. ¡Definitivamente volveré! 🌟

Very quiet

Only one staff at check-in, made the wait almost half hour (with only two people in front of me). Room on Floor 7 (below the restaurant on floor 8), received all the noise from chairs / furniture shuffling.

The Faranda Collection Cúcuta is the newest hotel in Cúcuta and you can tell from the moment you drive up to the building. The staff is first rate, and so is the security, outside reception. The beds are comfortable, the showers are luxurious but only offer pump body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. (so bring your own face wash if needed) All smell great and were okay for a couple of days, but probably not longer if you have sensitive skin like me. The rooms are clean, not very large, but comfortable. The views are excellent. The pool is amazing on the top floor. The breakfast is good, but not great. More continental than full offerings, but they will make you eggs if you ask. They just aren’t in the buffet. Also, if you pay for a room as an individual, say 2 people are staying. So, if you have a friend visit, you won’t have to pay the 150.000 fee per day/night for the extra person. It’s a very nice hotel option for those not interested in being near Ventura Plaza and like a quieter neighborhood. La Riviera is very nice to walk day or night. It’s safe and quiet. If I could I would give this place a 4.5/5, because of the fee for friends to visit me and the breakfast not being as complete as others. But it is a great option for staying in Cúcuta, when you come to visit. I simply prefer to less corporate, more customer-focused, larger rooms, more accommodating Hotel Casino Internacional. They’re always top rate, 5/5.
