Excellent, always recommend Premier inn, the lady in front reception welcomed us with a smile

Stayed the 8th December, all staff friendly and fantastic. Room clean and warm. Great stay credit to the staff.

Bad food. Please don’t say in this hotel. The staff is okay you’re only 10 minutes away from Belfast City. The rooms are lovely

Had a great time. I love the deep bath and the soothing purple bathroom light. I even got a WOW left in my room. Comfortable bed and a 12 pm checkout is a bonus.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The place seems to be purposely understaffed for some reason? 2 nights in a row people were waiting over an hour for food. One of the mornings there was no hot breakfast. I felt so sorry for the staff - there didn't seem to be any management there

Excellent service from Natalie and Elina on the front desk. Very helpfully they went above and beyond to assist with a business related admin challenge I was having.

1. Dinner wait for food was dreadful although it was explained there would be a bit if a waiting time I explained that I needed to leave in 45 mins to go to a meeting told should not be a problem. Dessert never arrived on time and I had to leave it. fish and chips on the menu NOT AVAILABLE.
BREAKFADT WORST EVER IN ANY PREMIER INN. Booked in for a cooked breakfast after q hour never arrived so we told staff to cancel as we could wait no longer. This happened to another lady at table beside us. Also heard from someone who actually managed to get a cooked breakfast the egg was like rubber. Could not get a coffee out of the machine.

Told to speak to reception. Went there a maintenance man was there who took a note of our issue.

PREMIER INN WHY DID YOU BGO TO THE EXPENSE OF PUTTING UP THIS HOTEL WHEN YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THIS WAY.

We had a little halloween night here. Room was lovely no complaints there breakfast however different story. Continental side fine cooked breakfast orders took and waiting half an hour before it arrived at table. Bacon was hard and overcooked as if it had been sitting about. Would stay again but think wouldn't book breakfast

All the staff were friendly. The room was clean and in good condition. There was ample free parking (you just need to give your vehicle reg to staff when checking in).

A member of my party has food allergies and we were all impressed that we were asked unprompted by the server both days as soon as we were greeted for breakfast and provided with a list of allergens.

As with other reviews the breakfast is an issue. If you stick to continental there is a decent selection of cereals/pastries/fruit etc available to help yourself to. The cooked breakfast needs to be ordered. On Friday this took about 45 mins to arrive and the sausages and bacon were overcooked to the point of being barely edible.

Saturday morning we were advised as we were seated that there were about 9 tables ahead of us so if we wanted hot food we'd be waiting around an hour. Looking at other tables the food seemed much better but we were looking to get on the road so stuck to the continental.

On the first afternoon we noticed signs on the doors that due to unforseen circumstances the restaurant wasn't going to be open for the weekend. We were eating off-site that day anyway so it didn't affect us.

Overall a clean hotel with friendly staff and plenty of parking. It's close to shops and has easy access to the motorway at a good price. The restaurant closure was unfortunate but there are other places to eat nearby. Just be prepared to wait if you want a cooked breakfast

The staff here make you feel welcome, the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. We had an evening meal which was great the smothered chicken was to die for. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We took a weekend break in lisburn and stopped at the Premier Inn. All the staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. But a special mention for Olivia, who was so nice with a very helpful and naturally friendly approach to both of us and any customer we have seen her with.

I am currently staying here for 3 months. This place is lovely. I would like to highlight Steve. He is brilliant and accommodating. With special shoutout to Olivia, Kerri and Susanne. It is very careful with clients needs. Love this hotel!!

All the staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean it nice to come back from a hard day's graft and and have a pint with friendly staff

All round excellent experience. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Good beer and food, great place to relax and unwind after work, especially with a pint of rockshore 🍻

We stayed at the Lisburn Premier Inn in October. We had a fantastic experience. With a brilliant welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. The service in the restaurant and bar was amazing. Special shout out to Olivia, Elina and Kerri. Looking forward to returning in April.
