Premier Inn Rhuddlan

First class service from the reception staff and in the restaurant. The breakfast was 11 out of 10 with as much as you could eat and everything was freshly cooked to perfection. large choice of everything and all good quality. Not really much more to say apart from all you other chains take note!!!

Tidy room. Warmest welcome ! Staffs are very polite and helpful. Foods and drinks in the restaurant are very good. Beds are comfortable.

When I walked in the room it smelt lovely and fresh.
The whole facilities were up to a excellent standard

This was my first night staying in a Premier Inn with my daughter. The room had plenty of space. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel was close enough for us.

Usual Premier Inn quality sleep but this hotel is starting to look a little casework. External signage has started to fade, some wear on carpets and internal fittings.

Bedside lamps in room did not work properly. No grab handle in shower.

Decent enough sleep despite very strong storm force winds.

Hotel is shabby and dated. Bathroom needs updating. Shower was difficult to operate and toilwt was difficult to flush. Food was good next door. Carpark was small.

Great customer service , lovely lady at the desk let me and my work colleague in stress free asked when we would like to book a table for dinner and breakfast, clean tidy rooms and very comfy beds 🤟

Our company booked myself and a colleague here for a few days .
The staff here are all so friendly and do what they can to make your stay pleasant .
Rooms were clean and today, free parking and plenty of it.
Aldi across road and kfc and Starbucks on same estate.
Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay!!!

Was a pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly and efficient. Lots of choice at breakfast, had a little issue with my breakfast so staff replaced my food and also gave me a refund. Beds were uncomfortable but it was what it was, we were staying for a couple of nights so just put up with it.

Very Comfortable 3 night's stay, room was clean, all the staff made us very welcome and were very helpful in booking our meals. We'll be back.

Lovely stay, room was clean, restaurant next door was a table table and very nice unlike some of the premier inn restaurants i have stayed at recently that have changed and gone downhill.
All staff were friendly here but a big thanks to Michelle she was lovely and really helpful.

Unfriendly receptionist who told me that she was giving her colleague a handover when we arrived 10 mins early for booking in . She didn’t give me a chance to ask if the room was ready !

She then promptly got up and had a cigarette right outside the entrance to the hotel which is was both unpleasant and unprofessional leaving the foyer reaking of cigarettes.

The hotel was grubby and tired . Every communal area needed a good clean and vacuum and it was like that for the two days that we stayed there .

There was inches of old dust along all skirtings in the room especially under the bed which could be seen due to bed design .

Definitely the worst Premier Inn that I’ve stayed in . The pub next door was pretty similar tired and grubby although the staff there were very pleasant.

This location felt a little old compared to many. On opening the door, I was met with a smell. The room felt like it had had no fresh air for weeks. It soon became apparent why. The extract in the ensuite was not pulling any air out of the room despite the noise, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was locked on recirculate. The room smelt of dust and oily engineering overalls. I'm guessing that was the previous guest.

I raised this with the staff who were lovely but unable to do anything for me as the hotel was fully booked.

Enjoyed my stay at Rhuddlan premier innroom was spotless and shirley on the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions about the area and bus routes,also the restaurant next door was very welcoming and the food was excellent .

Recently stayed for a family get together.
Had a query about an event happening in the local area.
The lady behind the desk 'shirley' was really helpful with answering my questions.
Great place and team members.
I would recommended staying here.

I'm writing this review as one of the individuals at this specific location went above and beyond and provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Carl helped me with a booking at a different location when I was visiting from Canada and he reached out directly to his manager to gain assistance in getting a refund from a different location.

Carl was kind, friendly and shows he takes pride in his job and wants to exceed the expectations for the every guest.

I cannot wait to make a trip to Wales and I know when I make my way through Rhuddlan with my family, we'll be staying at this location because of Carl's incredible customer service.

After a long drive home, I decided to stay overnight at this hotel before heading out on the road again the next morning, I was very tired and grumpy after driving all day.

Upon arrival, a receptionist named Carl was at the desk and greeted my family and I with a warm smile which instantly lightened up my dull mood. He asked us to fill some personal information in and then took our payment. When asking if the pub across from the hotel was linked to Premier Inn, Carl informed us that we were able to use our meal deal there and asked if we would like a table booking for both dinner and breakfast which was very helpful. He informed us that our beds were made for us and that our room was on the first floor before letting us go to our room.

Entering the room, the room smelt good, and looked extremely clean. We noticed there weren't enough towels, so we went back to reception and asked for another, Carl was quick and efficient in handing one to us. Nothing seemed to be too much for him.

We went over to the pub for dinner which was very enjoyable, and not long after finishing, we went back to our room and went to sleep. The bed was comfy, and the room remained warm for us throughout the night.

Would happily stay there again if I needed a hotel in North Wales
