Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral am Kursaal und hat auch gleich eine U-Bahn Station vor der Haustür, die Zimmer sind sehr hell und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Personal, besonders beim Check in war super unfreundlich, herablassend und arrogant. Außerdem finde ich es sehr schwierig, dass man in diesem Hotel keine einzige Minute vorher einchecken kann. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Obwohl die Kapazität vorhanden war.
Außerdem kann man im Zimmer die Fenster nicht richtig öffnen, sodass ständig die Klimaanlage laufen muss. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht nachhaltig, gesund etc. Was spricht gegen frische Luft? Somit gab es viele Kopfschmerzen was den Aufenthalt nicht besonders erholsamer machte. Die Wasserregulierung in der Dusche war kaputt, somit habe ich entweder sehr heiß oder kalt duschen müssen, dies konnte natürlich auch nicht in den vier Tagen behoben werden. Haken für Handtücher gab es im Badezimmer auch nicht.

Parkplatzgebühren werden nicht explizit angekündigt. Ich musste 20,- Euro für einen Platz in der Tiefgarage zahlen. Ärgerlich

Все сподобалось , неймовірний готель 🥰
Великий плюс , що можна було поселитися після 00:00 , так як був пізній рейс , його ще затримали на 1 годину . Ковдри були жаркі для літа 🙈
