The stay was nice but I wasn’t aware of the unconventional style. No lobby or staff around. You just get a code to get in the door/elevator. The surrounding area wasn’t the nicest.
Kitchen laundry clean and convenient
Es nuevo y las instalaciones de calidad
It was hard to fall and stay asleep here.
There are train tracks that pass near/under the hotel and we heard loud train horns several times over night.
There was also a loud buzzing that would happen every 20 minutes or so which I finally determined to be ice maker in the fridge. Pro tip: turn it off during your stay, especially over night
You will also be hear the sound of everybody struggling to use the keypads to enter their rooms, which beep loudly when done incorrectly.
The toilet is about 3 feet from the bed so anybody you're sharing the bed with will hear you doing your business. There is no fan in bathroom to muffle anything. No lock on the bathroom door.
There is a couch placed at the end of the bed which just makes it awkward to navigate to the other side of the bed.
Only downside was not receiving pass codes earlier
Everything was great once we got it, had problems with entry codes the whole time
Difficult to find parking lot that was the only inconvenience, but I would say
Nice stay. Liked the amenities kitchen washing machine small Jim needs water in the gym though and in the rooms couple of bottles would be nice overall good / great stay
Perfect distance to The Pinnacle for a concert. Apartment was immaculate and all of the amenities were amazing. Will definitely stay here again.
Great
The two-bedroom suite was perfect for an affordable weekend trip to Nashville with friends. We loved the workout room and rooftop lap pool with loungers and outdoor furniture. The property is located in a former industrial neighborhood that is up-and-coming. There are restaurants nearby or you can prepare meals in your suite. The property is a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Parking is onsite and shaded. Secure building.
The floor of the apartment was dirty. Our feet turned black as soon as we walked on the floor.
The room was super cute and perfect just me and my daughter!
The hotel is brand new and they’ve decided to go employee-less.
A great idea for them to save some money, but not so good when it comes to checking in.
After booking the hotel on this site, you have to do a full registration with them online, including a face scan. It then says that you will have an access code emailed to you. On the day of our arrival I still did not have an access code. I called that morning And the nice lady said that the code would be sent to me an hour before check-in time. I gave her my email just in case. Guess what? No access code. We had to call again and the new person on the phone said that they did not have my email. I also prepaid for the parking and I was told that the parking pass would be in our room. When we finally did get to our room, I scoured the room for the pass. Not there. I had to call the number again and this nice gentleman told me that in fact, I did not need a pass. I just needed to register my car
This is a brand new property and it sounds like they are working some things out. A nice place if you don’t mind the headache of getting into it.
The rooms were great. Very quiet. The pool area was nice. Definitely do Uber rides to get to Broadway.
Didn't receive door code email after check in and had to call.
Great place, easy access, brand new
Very good.
The stay was great. Everything was easy, straight forward, no hassle. The only thing I'd like to mention would be about the daily parking fee of parking on property. There wasn't any notification during the booking phase that mentioned about the parking situation/ prices.
Other than that, the stay was excellent.
Clean/pool/short ride to broadway
The hotel has only been open a few weeks , so it’s all new . But the HvaC makes a screeching loud sound the whole time it runs and it also sounds like pouring water while it runs also . I thought maybe it was just me , but nope it’s all the units per talking to ppl in the elevator . And it’s shoved into a closet next to the bed by your ears. It’s also hidden in basically a dead end ally thats pitch black at night !! The whole hotel parking lot is motion censored, so it’s pitch black and terrifying as you walk . The room was nice enough , but don’t think you are going to be sleeping the whole trip .
