Pros:

For the first time i booked this hotel. Hence, booked for 1 night and if there it is good, I planned to stay 10 night more. Good i did it that way. I couldn't stay for 1 night also.


Majorly:
- their service is super poor quality. Not sure how they are able to manage such ratings. I think if you are professional and going to stay on official purposes then you shouldn't be going there.

- The service of their front desk staff is super poor and they are rude and not having any knowledge. They are not willing to listen what you want to say. Double charged on my card and very negligent in responding to questions.

- No proper ventilation and ACs are not turned ON in the corridor and in the place where customers wait.

Hence, I need to cancel my 10 nights stay and even the one day stay i booked I didn't stay for the night.
