Decent, barely, read on
Pros:

The hotel facilities are not great. Roof small chips of wood constantly fall in the beds. The water of the pool was murky. Breakfast was decent but barely. Noise levels can be bad if you’re in the wrong night and walls are paper thin. Hotel has no hot water and while this is not a problem it would have been nice to know in advance.

All in all the price paid seems high for the value received. Having said that, we felt welcome and safe at all times.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

After reading other reviews it seems that after the hurricane the hotel has not been well kept.

Pros:

The staff made the stay much better. The quality of the rooms is quite basic and needs some care, but Giorgina made us feel at home. She went above and beyond even bringing a fan to the room. 5 stars service. Thank you for accommodating!
