Property said it was very close to multiple tourist attractions but onces arriving it was false, room was very far and a bit sketchy. There was no hot water or warm water at all we weren’t able to shower and no ac. Service was very poor

Muy terrible la recepcionista nos puso en un cuarto hasta arriba del cerro y venía un adulto mayor se enojo cuando quisimos cambiarnos, no hay agua caliente, el desayuno no vale para los menores solo te dan unos Hot cakes y lo que venden ahí es demaciado caro y son los del restaurante muy lentos, don pedro es del personal muy amable qué siempre nos estuvo apoyando mucho más que la misma encargada muy atento en todo debería de decir que fue el más amable de la estancia.... Las que limpian las habitaciones también super amables.

El lugar es bonito, con una estética agradable y un ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo, las condiciones de confort dejaron mucho que desear. A pesar del calor, ninguna ventana se podía abrir, lo que hacía que la ventilación fuera insuficiente. Además, el ventilador disponible solo arrojaba aire caliente, lo que dificultaba descansar. Las camas resultaron ser bastante duras y las almohadas incómodas, lo que hizo que dormir fuera complicado. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos y brindaron un trato excepcional.
