Nice city view, great location, staff and service was outstanding, excellent breakfast. Our room had Alexa to control the window shades and lights but nobody told us until check-out that was the only downside. Everything else great!

Estuve en ese hotel para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo y fue un desastre total. Los chorros de la piscina no funcionaban, nadie nos dio información sobre los masajes, todo estaba apagado en el segundo piso, y en el bar nos ignoraron por 20 minutos. Nelson, el malhumorado, nos dijo que estaba ocupado. El servicio fue un desastre total.Pedimos servilletas y ni siquiera las trajeron a la mesa, las dejaron en el mostrador. Una experiencia terrible. Para colmo, en el desayuno nos encontramos de nuevo con Nelson y arruinó nuestra mañana con su risa sarcástica y mal servicio. Este hotel necesita urgentemente mejorar la capacitación de su personal en experiencia del cliente y contratar más personal competente. Sheraton Tequendama
