Pros:

The ground floor rooms were fairly cold at night which i liked. The staff found garbage bags to tape to the hallway window for me because it was letting in too much light. The hallways can be a bit loud if other guests are making noise, but i didnt have too much issue with it

Pros:

Excelente, muito limpo, local agradável e próximo do centro da cidade. Vou sugerir ao hotel que o café da manhã possa iniciar as 5 horas da manhã para ajudar a quem vai pegar o trem para Machu Picchu bem cedo.

Nice hotel, a few glitches, staff was terrific
Pros:

I found it strange that when i first got to my room, the water to the toilet tank was shut off. The young man at the front desk (who was very helpful during my entire stay, and also helped out with daily breakfast buffet) turned the water back on, which led to water seeping up thru the bathroom floor tiles. I was able to switch rooms, and had no problems after that. Hot water supply was excellent in both shower and sink. The breakfast buffet was decent, with eggs cooked to order and the usual extras (fruit, bread, juice, etc). Location was very good, just a block off the main road. The wifi was working well for 5/7 days, then quit. Room got very cold at night - sleeping was fine under heavy covers, but chilly otherwise (or maybe I'm just old). I was able to leave my suitcase in hotel storage while visiting Machu Picchu at no charge. Overall, a good stay and the price was right.
