Pros:

First of all when we entered the room, we found that the windows were left open which led to mosquitoes all over the room. The room was very dirty with a strong smell of cigarettes. When we brought it to their attention, we were told that all the rooms were smoking rooms ( which is not specified on Expedia). The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. The AC is so outdated. There is no fridge nor microwave available. So disappointed that we had to find an alternative hotel cleaner than this place right away. Especially if you are traveling with Kids, this place is not the place to stay.

The price is excellent. You get a lot more than your money’s worth. The staff is very good. The free shuttle to the airport and back is a big help and convenient. Be aware that there is no elevator but for able bodied, it should not be a problem. They will help in carrying the luggage.

A thick layer of dust covered every surface of the room, rust on the washroom door handle and to make matters better I saw roaches only as I was leaving the room. Anywhere is better than this really.

Very amazing and they offer free airport pickup and dropoff, delicious meal and good customer friendly. When visiting china next time will still stay there.

most comfortable hotel close to Airport
Pros:

everything went smoothly although we arrived at 03:00 am, the pick up driver was there already at our arrival and drive us to the hotel, Check in formality went orderly and all was just fine.Thank you very much

Street vendor food close by. Convient to find local food at a very reasonable price. Close to Baiyun airport. Hotel room was clean and had all the necessary items. Staff very helpful.
