Staff was amazing. From the gentleman that brought that met us and took us right to the property to the person i was emailing. Very responsive in messages. No complaints here.

Pros:

We stayed in two separate rooms. Overall we loved the experience. Very charming, cozy, well decorated, the location and views were perfect. It is a perfect home away from home. They neighbourhood cats also won our heart.

Opportunities included some fixes on the plumbing to get better water pressure ans a bit softer beds. We would stay at this place again and overall we recommend it.

Pros:

Beautiful cave accommodation in a perfect location with lovely views overlooking the Caldera. Maria was helpful in organising our transfers from the airport and assistance to check in /carry the bags from the parking area to the property. The property is clean and comfortable with nice facilities including a fridge, microwave, and iron. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Pros:

We loved this place. It was a worthwhile splurge on our trip to Greece and Italy. Soaking in the tub was great. It was a beautiful spot and the only place we stayed in all of Europe that we really enjoyed the accommodations. It is a beautiful cave in an ideal spot. It is a up and down walk with stuff but the staff helps and there is public parking close by if you rent a car.

Pros:

We got lost in Oia on our way to the meeting point and were reprimanded rudely by our host, who told us off as if we were children and rushed ahead without helping us with our luggage or stroller. When he showed us our suite he kept being rude and angry, (telling us off for going to the wrong location, telling us that he had to be somewhere else and to hurry up, ordering us, paternalistically, that he wanted to see the suite in the same condition when we left…) to the point that I would have left if I had thought that there would be any other accommodation free in Oia. This most disagreeable introduction really tainted our stay in Oia, as we just didn’t feel welcome and felt that for this level of accommodation, the least we could expect is being treated with basic human decency.
