Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Room small but clean and adequate. Bottle water and coffee and tea were nice. Breakfast starting at 8 am was pretty good. Some mold in the bathroom. Toilet seat was not nailed on the toilet. We could see the pyramid a bit when checked in at night but too bad the next day was too foggy to see anything.

Pros:

The owner is great. He even changed our mattresses because we weren’t satisfied with the original one to brand new medical grade or orthopaedic mattresses, friendly staff very personable.

This property was amazing from start to finish. The staff were great. If I needed something they would take care of it right away. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of cafes and stores. The room was really was really nice and well kept. Beautiful rooftop with breakfast provided in the morning. I really enjoy my time here at Master Pyramids Inn. I was here for 9 nights and they were all filled with great memories. Mustafa also known as Aladdin was spectacular. He helped me in getting some tours booked and arranged everything so I didnt have to worry about anything. I would usually come down to the lobby to go for some walks and he would invite me to sit down with him and have some tea. He's a huge asset for this establishment and made my time there really enjoyable. He definitely deserves a promotion or more money for his excellent service and care for his customers. There was also another girl there in the mornings, she was really helpful and courteous, I forgot her name but I believe she wore a pink Hijab. She also deserves recognition for providing excellent customer service. If I ever come back to Egypt, I know that I will be rebooking with Master Pyramids Inn.

Pros:

The staff here are incredibly friendly and sincere about making your stay as great as possible, can arrange excursions, and treat you like family. The room was very comfortable, and the included breakfast is fantastic! Definitely recommend
