Great hotel and excellent service

Our first room was in terrible condition, with a sofa that was both dirty and broken. Even after being moved to another room, we kept having brown water every other day. The staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. To make things worse, the food was of very poor quality. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience and we would not recommend this hotel.

Für eine 3 Sterne Unterkunft ok.
Wenn Mann ohne große Erwartungen hingeht ist es voll ok. Sauberkeit ist ein schwieriges Thema. Was aber wohl dort so gehandhabt wird. Z.b keinen Staubsauger nutzen. Was bei einem Besuch nach dem Strand unverzichtbar ist. Aber scheint es dort nicht zu geben.

Das Personal ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, freundlich, lustig und vieles mehr. Das gehobenere Personal wie z.b Rezeption wahr schwierig und etwas genervt. Da nur englisch als weitere Sprache gesprochen wurde. Wenn Mann nicht verstanden hat auf Anhieb, hatte Mann Pech.

Das Essen war gut. Doch an sich immer das selbe. Selten gab es mal was spezielles extra. Wie z.b so ne Art Pizza.
Getränke war sehr schwierig.
Zum Frühstück gab es kaltes stilles Wasser und Sirup in Wasser, in zwei Sorten. Ananas und Kirsche und kaffe. Mittags und abends gab’s Wasser, Cola, Fanta, Sprite.

Im großen und Ganzen war es eine gute Unterkunft. Sofern Mann nicht viel erwartet.
Das Personal versucht alles best möglich sauber zu halten und zu pflegen.

first 2 days a little bit disappointed about room which is organized by worn facilities. However, their customer services were very well trained and super rapid, especially Esther, the concierge was!!
just a most worried were, no AC was working at food dining area, and very weak/slow WiFi which even I could not update one photo data.

Step Floors have very slippery tile and the ramps are even worse my mother slipped and broke her wrist. All members of our trip which was 10 all slipped in various parts of the hotel Extremely safety hazard especially because most get we from the pools. Worst part is the in house doctor inappropriately touched my mother 5 times and we had to call the cops which resulted in his firing. Staff tried covering it up and bribing us so we wouldn’t make a police report! Beware don’t stay here!

The Property is Substandard, Pools hours is very limited, there is not much outside lightening to the rooms, AC is bad on all three rooms we booked, they provide one key per room, food is horrible, the all inclusive is not to the expectation, limited hours for drinks and coffee. The rooms are old and furniture and towels are stained. There are better options for the price we paid!

Cleanliness of the room could have been better, the area is great. Very convenient

The hotel room doors were old fashioned couldn’t even access the lock system. Didn’t feel safe. Hotel reception and the pool area was clean but the dining room was disgusting. The hotel requires modernisation. The nicest place was the reception although no fresh flowers everything old other than the sofas. Not an ideal hotel for brits full of Russian tourists.

We stayed at this hotel for a week to enjoy the many activities and excursions in the surrounding area. The hotel is well located with shops nearby. The rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the slides and water games.

Excellent value for money all inclusive benefits. The only issue is there is no internet at all.

Super fin hotel til pris. Meget sød og hjælpsom personale. Vi boede meget tæt på hvor der blev renoveret og der var meget larm til ca kl 21.00 det var ikke behageligt.
Mad ok men noget mad mangler smag, især kager.

Slecht ontvangen. Staat van het appartement was matig. Eten en drinken kon veel beter. Toen ik vroeg of ze mayo hadden stonden ze me aan te kijken of ze er nog nooit van gehoord hadden. En dat was met nog wel een aantal dingen zo
