DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon check in, the front desk asked me for a credit card for "incidentals." They said I would not be charged. This is normal, even in the US, so I obliged. Unfortunately, days after my trip I noticed they charged my CC approx. $150 extra in made-up taxes, even though I paid in full and Expedia's "Total" charge already included taxes and did not disclose any hidden fees from the hotel. After contacting the hotel, they were very dismissive and kept changing their excuse as to why they were warranted in fraudulently charging my CC, and refused to refund that particular charge. Just avoid this hotel and stay somewhere that you don't have to worry about being charged mystery fees.

Beautiful area and hotel. The staff was sneaky though by offering hotel transportation without mentioning a cost with the employee saying it’s a service offered by hotel. No mention of cost and upon check out $23 per trip to the restaurant. We were getting taxis for at a fraction in Peru Soles. Other than that very nice with good restaurants on the premesis.

El hotel está precioso, muy lento el proceso de check in, no servía el wifi, room service grado 55 min e increíble, al día siguiente en lugar de tener una cortesía como cliente me cobraron 30 soles por un pan con aguacate, es no pasa en esta cadena de hoteles

We enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights in a plush 18th floor double room with an amazing ocean view in this brand new luxury hotel. Service was excellent. We were resting up from an 18 day tour of Lima and the Sacred Valley, so spent the entire day in the room enjoying the view and comfort. We did venture to the Clubhouse where there was excellent service, but we were disappointed by the limited, and not very good food offerings, but enjoyed unlimited access to Coke Zeros. The only complaint is that no one told us we could have our included breakfast at The Market restaurant on the 3rd floor until we happened to go there on the eve of our second night for dinner. Far better than the Clubhouse, so we did enjoy their sumptuous breakfast buffet on our last day.
