Excellent hôtel, confort et propreté
Pros:

Excellent hôtel , personnel très agréable surtout à la réception , les jeunes bagagistes et à la sécurité devant l’hôtel , mais aussi les personnels du petit déjeuner.
Le confort est top, les chambres spacieuses, digne d’un vrai 5 étoiles , bravo !

Nous avons rencontré un problème lors de notre Check in . Avons obtenu notre carte à 18h au lieu de 15h comme il était convenu. Le service trop long, 1h d'attente avant d'être servi, l'entrée arrive sans les boissons, nous étions obligées de réclamer les boissons. Trop de temps d'attente pour un HOTEL de ce genre pas acceptable, nous l'avons signalé lors de notre Check out.

A beautiful hotel with average to bad service.
Pros:

Idou Malabata is a beautiful hotel with well decorated common areas and rooms. The breakfast was also the highlight of our trip.

Unfortunately the hotel is promoting itself as prestigious and luxurious but the service doesn’t correspond the expected services in a 5 star hotel. In the three days spent there we had at least 4 incidents due to the service. With the reception, the restaurant and the spa.

The hotel has big potential but needs a good manager to organise it.

I was impressed with the people who work here; they made us feel at home in such a sincere way that you cannot pay for...the Moroccan food was particularly comforting and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. It's a new hotel and they are working out the kinks but the spirit is right and it made all the difference.
