Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Locals warned that the owner is an alcoholic who runs personal parties nonstop and is abrasive to the point they have had to change the name numerous times. They refused a refund and lied numerous times during emails with Expedia and I. Clients have also had personal items stolen.

Vi dico solo che, nonostante abbia prenotato con mesi di anticipo, non ho potuto alloggiare perché al momento dell’arrivo l’hotel era disabitato, con tracce di lavori in corso. Non c’era nessuno. Immaginate arrivare stanco dopo tante ore di volo procedente dall’altra parte del mondo e trovarvi nella situazione che l’hotel che hai prenotato non è in funzione, non rispondono, non danno segnali di vita e devi superare da solo la difficoltà di dover riprenotare sul momento un’altra sistemazione in loco. Provate ad immaginare la sensazione di abbandono mista a paura e frustrazione. Meno male che sono arrivato nel primo pomeriggio e sono riuscito a gestire la situazione con calma e sangue freddo. I gestori del Kassandra SONO DA DENUNCIA insieme a gli operatori di hotel.com perché permettono ancora di prenotarlo sulla sua web. Al mio ritorno a casa provvederò a sporgere denunci contro l’hotel e contro hotels.com

Pros:

Only good partw were to have a bed and hot water. Otherwise it was a very unhappy experience. Bedroom not ready despite arriving over two hours after earliest check in time. Spa not open. Pool dirty unused with few inches of water. No breakfast despite being included. Toilet cistern broken. No privacy from outside when showering. Locked out after leaving briefly to find a cafe for breakfast.

Pros:

I didn’t spend any night there because the owner told me to cancel my booking and pay cash. So I told her I was going to contact help center desk as I can’t pay for the place while I made an online payment . She asked how I will help her if I stayed. I said I was not staying as the place looked so hazardous and
Unclean . No wifi and electricity.

I opted to stay at kivuline which was great. I liked it 7/10. Great hospitality and clean. Nice breakfast at kivuline
