Pros:

The room was spotless and so well appointed! Breakfast was wonderful! Really enjoyed the holiday items offered!- really added to the holiday spirit! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Would stay there again!

Pros:

Sparkling clean, modern facilities although in an old building and old town. Very nice and professional staff. Renovated rooms, very comfortable with everything needed for a luxury hotel. The elevator goes to the 2nd level only and we had to climb some stairs to reach level 3 so consider that.
