水回りが綺麗で快適でした。
スタッフさんが親切でした。
食堂が使えないのが残念
繁華街に近く、幹線道路沿いの立地なので、
なかなかなんか入ってるけど、部屋自体は普通
フロントがタバコくさく、廊下も変な匂いする
電車通り沿いで飲みにも、モーニングにも便利でした。
喫煙室でもタバコの臭いは気になりませんでした。
机、机廻りが狭い。ミネラルウォーターサービスがない。
駐車場はちょっと不便だけど、ホテルスタッフは比較的いい感じの方々です。お部屋は、ふつうのビジネスホテルって感じで観光などで滞在するのであればまったく問題のない良い室内環境ですよ。
エレベーターの中が少し臭く感じましたが全体的にはほぼ満足いたしました。
ゆっくり過ごせました！
先日、高知県に行きました。駅にも、商店街にも近くとても便利でした。ホテル内も落ち着いて過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

L'hôtel est très vieux, l'accueil sent le tabac froid.
La personne a l'accueil était gentille.
Notre chambre était vielle et il y avait des tâches sur la moquette qui donnait un aspect très sale à la chambre. La salle de bain a une peinture jaune.
Point positif : les alentours, proximité avec les rues animées
Je ne pense pas que la chambre soit sale, mais c'est dommage que la peinture ou la moquette donne cet aspect.
L'isolation est très mauvaise, nous avons eu l'impression que la fenêtre était ouverte et nous entendions toute la circulation et les trains.
いくつか看過できない問題がありました。
まず、23時を過ぎるとフロントにスタッフが不在となり、万一部屋に入れなくなった場合の対応手段がまったく講じられていない点は、安全管理上、非常に問題です。実際にフロントで立ち尽くすこと30分、ようやくスタッフルームから出てきた男性スタッフ（50歳前後）が対応されましたが、それまでの間、モニター等による状況確認も一切されておらず、スタッフは喫煙しながら控室にこもっていた様子でした。これは宿泊施設としての基本的な責務を著しく欠いています。
また、ホテル名称に関しても誤解を招くものです。「高知ターミナルホテル」という名称から鉄道駅周辺の立地を想起しますが、実際には高速バスターミナル前であり、名称として不適切であると感じます。正確を期すなら「高知高速バスターミナルホテル」などの表記が妥当ではないでしょうか。詐欺まがいの名称です。
さらに、外観は一見整っているものの、館内は老朽化が目立ち、宿泊した客室は明らかに下水臭がこもっており、不快でした。清掃・衛生管理面でも改善が必要と感じます。
街に近く快適です。

とにかく設備が古いのと部屋が狭く特に机がお盆くらいしかなかったので仕事が出来なかった
スタッフの対応はとても良いし、笑顔と声掛けが素晴らしい！

息子夫婦と久しぶりに高知迄出かけられて
受付しエレベーターを降りたらタバコの匂いがして部屋に入ってもタバコの匂いで気分が下がってしまいましたそれだけが残念でした。
If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets.
As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air conditioning. Moreover, they did daily cleaning, which is always nice.
Overall I thought this was a good hotel, especially for the price.
