We loved our stay

The bed was horrible. And it was outdated and there were cockroaches

Its near beach and plenty of walkable restaurants also the room had a small kitchenette which is great if traveling with kids.The pool is very warm with and amazing view of the ocean.

The property was in a good location. What I didn't like about was you can't find it. It's up under something totally different. The room good, but the shower had mold and the shower head was broke. Inside the toilet around rim was disgusting. That really needs to be clean. Besides for that everything else was good.

I like the place because its across the ocean and the bars and clubs are nearby.

I am local and I needed 4 days very close to my house and to the Beach and not spend too much. This is an excellent opportunity, the prices are affordable. Even if you are from outside Miami, this is perfect!!
I was at the beach from 7:00 to 10:30 am and from 7pm to 10:00 pm. The beauty of the sunset was indescribable.
Definitely I will book here again, next time.

Very nice option to stay at Miami Beach!

This place was so cold inside I got sick! And the longer I stayed in the room the worst the cold got! The bathroom has a weird fog over the window and yes we had a balcony but it’s so narrow you couldn’t walk onto it.

Great location

The property location is nice. However, the property is outdated and need some work. It was dirty. There was hair and mold in the tub. It was also dusty and coffee maker was used and not cleaned.

The property was good and would definitely recommended it. 😀

Overall, i was disappointed from the beginning. When i arrived to check-in. They did not have me in their system as a reservation so they didn't have a room for me. The front desk person had to call the host to see what they could do and they did find me a room. However, it was a horri le room with broken floor tiles all over the kitchen and bedroom area. The bathroom door was very difficult to close. The ehrire room and bathroom had a strong smell of mold. Tje floors were always wet from humidity even withbthe air conditioner. I asked the front desk if it would be possible to switch to a different room because of those reasons but he told me that o had to contact property manager because he could not do it and their system was down so he couldnt if he tried. There was no contact number except for the one provided by expedia but it started they would reply within 3 days and that is the same number of days i had booked for. So i had to keep the room that is not in a condition for someone to stay ina as the smell of mold alone is unhealthy. This is not whatvi was expecting from the marketing i saw in expedia when i made the reservation. I am very disappointed and if all the rooms are in that condition i do not recommend anyone to stay there. But i truelly believe that i was put in a spare room that isnt in use except for emergencies such as my not being in the system so they just threw me there to keep the business. Starting to receptionist so rude and not professional, room omg not clean at all!!
Restroom the bath was broken !
I was so sad soon as i went there checking in!
Was to late to cancel, called the menager ! He didn’t show up at all!

Great location on south beach. Be ready to party! We enjoyed the balcony and the beach views. Cold ac and great kitchen area.

Pool was not as accessible as you would like but for the price the location

Too many party people so noise definitely only for young people

The room was not cleaned,hair was all over the bed under clean sheets, there was no television for my whole stay , everything was or was not fixed after my leave
