We stayed at the hotel on September 11th, 2025, as a couple with no particular expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel manager Kiriakos welcomed us with exceptional kindness.
We were first given a room, but since we didn’t like the bathroom, they immediately switched us to another one, which was beautiful.
Throughout our stay, Kiriakos took care of everything we needed—from pool towels to wine glasses by the pool.
Breakfast was simple but excellent and very tasty, with everything we could ask for.
The pool was gorgeous and fun to spend time in.
Most importantly, the location is perfect—right on the promenade and next to the shops.
On our last day, we asked for a late check-out since our flight was at night, and the manager kindly agreed without hesitation.

Overall, 10/10 hospitality and a perfect vacation. Highly recommended!

It is a lovely hotel. We felt very welcomed by the owner Kiriakos & the staff. Both Kiriakos & the staff are very friendly. Rooms are lovely, pool/bar area is fantastic & nothing is ever too much trouble whether it be a transfer or anything. Breakfast was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough :)

Ottima posizione, camera grande, ottima colazione, bar con cibi buoni e a prezzi onesti, piscina non grandissima ma godibile. Personale molto disponibile

Amaizing owner and hospitallity

C’est un hôtel extrêmement agréable, le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il est très propre et il à toujours une bonne odeur dans les parties communes, tout est refais à neuf. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Il est vraiment dans la zone parfaite que ça soit à pied ou si on veut bouger dans la crête. Merci à Lydia pour sa belle humeur dès le matin et ses très bons conseils.
Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité avec des produits frais et de saisons.
Les chambres son très spacieuses et agréables. Je vous le conseilles à 100%

The hotel was lovely, with beautifully renovated rooms and excellent air conditioning. The breakfast selection was great, and the pool area was spacious with plenty of sun loungers. The pool bar was reasonably priced, although the music by the pool could be quite loud at times.

We did experience a minor issue with the toilets in our room, but the staff responded quickly and solved the problem efficiently. The hotel is perfectly located, just a one-minute walk from a grocery store and very close to the town center. Despite the central location, it was pleasantly quiet at night, as we couldn’t hear any noise from the surrounding area.

Overall, we had an excellent week at Soho Blue City Hotel, and honestly, who doesn’t love Crete?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect,right next to everything you need, including shops, restaurants, and the beach. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety each morning. What really made my stay special was the owner, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He kept me informed about everything and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
