Fabulous staff, all very young and friendly also very helpful, keen to make you feel welcome. The rooms are gorgeous and clean. Quirky old building, up a few flights of stairs, it does have a lift which could use a bit of maintenance!. Definitely recommend.

The location was very closet from tahrer and Egyption Musume the breakfast was very good

Everything about the stay was wonderful. There is a cute little cafe inside the hotel. Being able to grab a cappuccino before leaving to walk around downtown was convenient. It even has a little balcony with tables. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Atum has a laundry service as well.

The staff was even able to arrange a driver to take us to Saqqara, Memphis, and Giza. He was a great guide and shared things about the city as we passed through.

We will definitely rebook when we come back next year.

Un hotel en excelente estado, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El personal muy amable, especialmente Aya, es una chica muy amable y cálida. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La impresión al llegar a la entrada (en la calle y subiendo el ascensor, no se asusten) es muy distinta cuando se está dentro del hotel.

I was late for the check-in time, but they treated me very kindly and politely.

The outside, elevator was in very bad condition, room was new and clean, breakfast was not good

This is a clean, friendly, convenient place that's small but fantastic. GREAT value for the space and services. The staff members are young, friendly, and fluent in English. American University and downtown (Nile and many sightseeing attractions) nearby. Breakfast is made-to-order, not an impersonal "continental" layout. Lots of shopping, nightlife, and Metro within walking distance. The only caveat I would offer is that the tile of the floor of the shower is very slippery. I pointed this out when I checked out. Because the hotel is fairly new, they're making small adjustments as they learn of concerns like this from guests, so ideally, this point will be moot soon.

This little gem is tucked away from the main street. Have your driver call the hotel to come down to get you. This hotel is not the Ritz, its better! The staff is kind and available 24 hours. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Clean rooms. Easy to walk to the museum or main square. Would definitely stay again!

I think the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was huge. The room was lovely. Aya was exceptional. Really looked out for me.

Our flight to Cairo arrived at 6am and we got to the hotel at around 8am hoping to at least leave our luggage until we could check in, but the hotel staff was able to check us in earlier which was very much appreciated.
The rooms were well designed and seemed newly renovated, our room had a jacuzzi also. There was a little smell in the bathroom which would go away but then come back, but in general it was a nice room. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and breakfast was a lot of food!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo, it is definitely worth the price!

10/10. I will definitely come to it and refer to friends.
It was a little trick to find it and the French old style building hides the fine interior.
Slow internet like every hotel I stayed in Egypt but bluetooth works good.

There is no word to explain this place, I felt like home and more from the very warm welcoming from amazing team they look like your family as much they are caring and interesting to give you all information about everything, they are very generous with the love and everything you need,
The room was more than great it’s even better than the picture, very big high ceiling very clean you will feel you are like king in this room,
