The Botanist by Adrez

We were contacted about there being construction and the rate being discounted for the stay. I followed up and asked how we would be partially refunded as we prepaid and got no response. Upon arriving after a long flight the construction was happening until 6:30 pm on Friday, which we could have managed but the issue ended up being a terrible sewage smell from the drain of the shower. It got worse over the course of the stay. I reached out before the stay and during the stay several times with no response.

Room was very spacious and tidy, and the location is brilliant with short walks to most of the main tourist locations.

The kitchen is small but more than enough for a few days if you plan on cooking in your room

My main complaints that prevented 5 stars are that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the ceilings are thin so that you can hear people walking around in the floor above really clearly.

Immaculate inside. Everything felt brand new and of good quality.

So central to all main attractions and transport links.

Great suite, however, communication with staff was not great. I understand they have multiple properties and have centralised a reception telephone number and email, however, not having somebody at the property to help with any issues was a problem.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem komplett sanierten Gebäude. Sehr ruhige Lage des Zimmers zum Innenhof und mitten in der Prager Innenstadt . Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Prag Sightseeing. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Einzige Punkt ist der fehlenden Parkplatz zum ein- und Ausladen.

Just loved this apartment. Clean and modern and so close to everything . Would highly recommend to stay here . It was such a delightful place and very safe

Great location, near to Old Town Square, Metro and shops.
Liked the modern decor and well equipped kitchenette.
Shame no full length mirror in room, and makeup mirror in bathroom set way too high for short people.
Also did notice a smell from bathroom drain.

Our room was very new and clean. Was a very comfortable stay!

Only downside was weird sewer smell in the washroom but I think that's because it rained and Prague is a very old city

I think the best part of my trip to Prague was choosing this location which was close to all important historical locations in Prague. We rarely needed a Taxi and Prague is so far the best city I have ever visited in Europe.

Excellent location and comfort stay. No staff on site but they reply pretty fast via email. Room is very comfy for three of us (one bed and a sofa bed outside). Each of us enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location to other visitors.
Oh… towel is prepared for 2 only so be sure to communicate in advance if you need more than 2.

Location ideal and apartment very comfy and exactly as advertised. We would stay here again If we return to Prague

Absolutely fantastic apartments located in Prague 1. 2 mins from the station & transport links, immaculately presented with everything you’d need for a stay, I felt totally safe on my solo trip

Location was spot on! Walking distance from the square and everything tourist need, shops, restaurants and even night clubs.. property clean and newly renovated, nice deco and has kitchenette with everything you need. The only downside was bad smell from the bathroom and very complicated Tv setup and heating/lighting system.. most annoying was to find out how to turn their logo off from Tv screen to be able to go to bed.. once we managed to do it we didn’t turn Tv on .. but I would recommend the place and area. Just don’t use TV ! Easy 40 minute journey to airport by metro and bus!

This is a lovely, brand new hotel that is very well located! The studio apartment was very well equipped and beautifully styled.

Great location just steps from the main part of the city. Clean and easy access. Nice modern space.

The room is new, clean, spacious, with modern decoration in a very good location. It will be even better if there is a small shelf in the shower. The only downside is the smelly either old or new pipe in the bathroom. Other than that it was a perfect stay. I would consider staying there again.
