New hotel so very clean and new, the hotel is on a busy road so a lot of road noise during the night but that did not bother us. We had breakfast, which had a good selection, but could do with more tea options, rooftop pool was great after a busy day exploring

We had the top floor room. It was very comfortable with a nice view.

Fantastic staff that go above and beyond to provide a memorable stay for their guests.

The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with amazing sea views from the balcony.

The main road below isn’t ideal but, also not a deal breaker. Street noise is manageable and location right outside the old Venetian city walls is perfect for beaches/dining/shopping.

The rooftop pool is one of the best I’ve seen, stunning views and sun coverage.

Breakfast was well varied every morning and always tasty and fresh.

Effectivement du bruit la nuit (musique), notre chambre donnait côté centre commercial au 2eme étage. Il y’a eu quelques nuits calmes quand même.
La piscine HS une journée…
Salle de sport indisponible le temps de notre séjour d’une semaine.
Petit déjeuner au top.
Personnel toujours souriant et à notre écoute.
A 1/4 d’heure à pieds du centre d’heraklion.
Parking dispo et gratuit dans le centre commercial situé en face de l’hôtel, très pratique si vous louez une voiture.

Close to downtown , rental car companies and the port, not in walkable proximity to the breach. The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Shout out to Ana Maria for her friendliness and hospitality.

The hotel rooftop pool and location were great. Restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel is in an ideal location; however, the rooms are not fully insulated, so you can hear street noise at night. The front desk staff were okay and didn’t provide a full 5-star service experience. Overall, the visit was okay, but I am not sure if I would select this hotel again.

We were only at the hotel for one night, and arrived at 7pm due to a delayed ferry, but we had a lovely if brief stay! The staff were welcoming on arrival and provided a welcome drink and showed us to our room. The rooftop pool is open until 8pm so we managed a quick dip and headed out to get some dinner. We walked to the old market area (Kalokerinou- about fifteen minutes away) and found a lovely restaurant. The buffet breakfast in the morning was to a high standard as well. Definitely recommend this hotel and would go back. Only thing of note is that it is on the main road and you can hear traffic if the window is open.

Newly opened and beautifully designed hotel with modern elements. Great location. Only issue is the street noise at night if that is something that bothers you. Fantastic pool and rooftop.

We stayed in two rooms with sea view. The major problem is that the rooms were extremely noisy. The hotel is located right on a crossing/ red light for a four lane street where motorcycles like to start their acceleration at night. There is also an open air discotheque 100 meters away that is open until 3 at night. Yes, it is in the city and you should expect some noise, but this held us awake or if we fell asleep it woke us up. There were ear plugs, but they were not enough. The soundproofing is not there; double glazing, but sliding doors that let the noise in. The rooms are nice with some start-up problems. The service at breakfast and by the pool at the top was very good.

Un sans faute pour cet hôtel. Propreté parfaite, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très chaleureux et souriant.
Le seul bémol serait le bruit de la rue (musique) la nuit. Mais pas dérangeant.
Je recommande sans hésiter
