Great staff - friendly and accommodating. Nice and large rooms. Room cleaning is only every other day and not daily.

Amazing & Beautiful

Property is absolutely beautiful, super clean and nice alway smell clean, food & drinks was really good a little pricey, property right on a beautiful walkable clean beach, had to drive to shop. Staff was nice. We did ask for face & body towels, hand soap & body wash but received hand towels, hand soap and conditioner. All of the bathroom supplies needed to be refilled.

Clean room. Everything was new since the hotel opened in April 2025. Staff was very nice and offered assistance after checkout since my flight was later in the evening.

The property was very beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. We were surprised, however, about the buildings on either side of the hotel. They projected a less than resort feel. Perhaps some sort of privacy screen would improve the situation.

Didn’t like the beach. It was very small and difficult to access. Step incline was hard to get up and down.

It was a great price and a nice Hotel. The hotel staff was a combination of really great and some unfriendly and irritated. Communications between night and morning shift was an issue and was disappointed to have the front desk deny my a late check out but the cleaning crew allowed me to stay and said the rooms on that floor was open. Not much choices for Hotels and it is one of the nicest but would definitely take better deals or Air BnB.

We enjoyed the room, the helpful staff and the amenities. Robert the bartender was especially helpful with guidance to great Hawaiian restaurants, markets and places to visit

The waffle maker was amazing but the line was insane. Maybe can have the waffle line separate from the main line of everything else. Loved the fact that there was coffee and hot cocoa available 24hrs.

Very convenient location to go to stores, dining places, and attraction sites. The property was situated close to the beach, and the view was nice.

Very pleasant employees. The hotel was kept very clean.

The staff was excellent and very professional! They had special activities such as lei making and a Hawaiian traditional ceremony to say goodnight to the day. The complex was clean and beautiful. Again, the staff made our whole visit fabulous!

This hotel was nice, cozy, comfortable, and very accessible to local spots. The staff was friendly and the room was great and spacious. The bathroom was roomy. I would definitely stay here again.
