When a hotel is managed unprofessionally
Pros:

I've booked for my parents (mom &dad) this newly opened hotel in the beautiful area of Ain Draham, imagine staying in a room with blocked bathroom floor sink, a flood at every shower, for elderly persons above 80 years, any fall it could be fatal for them, they called the manager and his answer : we can do anything just after showering call the house keeping to come and clean.
i' really disappointed, this beautiful hotel deserves better management and service.
