Room was clean beds very comfortable best of all it was right across from casinos

I loved the location. Very close to the casinos and the Boardwalk. Parking at the property was convenient. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink. It barely had any water and it was clogged. The water was going very slow in the drain. I noticed it late at night and didn’t want anyone in there disturbing my kids. I told the front desk the next morning. Housekeeping should notice those things when cleaning.

The area was nice the casinos were in walking distance. The hotel the rooms were beautiful but on the side of the room where the beds were there was no electricity. The bedside lamps didn't work the sockets didnt work near the bed nor did the tall lamp in the corner. The door to the pool, the lock didn't work properly making me feel unsafe in my room. I had a very hard time sleeping.

Room layout was great, two beds, sofa and armchair. Bathroom was not clean and towel bar with screws was at the desk. There were no towels, so I had to get the towels from the front desk. I returned with five small towels, none for showering. Housekeeping did not come to our room during our stay at all. We stayed for two nights. I was hoping they would bring us better towels at least. I did not want to call the front desk for every single thing. I was trying to get something to drink from vending machines in the lobby. I could not get anything with my credit card. It did not work, so I said forget it. I loved the location of the hotel.

Room was clean but could be better with the shower. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall the hotel was clean and I love the rooms had no rugs! I will stay again. Good price.

Furniture, staff, cleanliness

Nice and clean looks brand new everything the only problem is they charge for parking

They Hotel Staff was very Nice did they job and very respectful. They made sure I was good the whole visit I was there . I’m definitely coming back when I make a trip . All of the staff was amazing every last one of them .

The lot was full but we were able to park in the garage across from the hotel

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Parking was a bit challenging. Hotel has very limited parking. There is a parking garage across the street which is the Resort casino property. No access to the elevator from the street, so have to walk for 15 minutes to go from inside the casino floor. So just be prepared for that.

For starters the front desk clerk watched me through the window for at least 3 mins because all the doors said locked due to wind gust only for the doors to be unlocked. Than to say “I thought you were looking for another place” like huh??? Than after we checked in the lobby area was leaking VERY VERY like puddles. The half of the rooms didn’t have running water. After we got up the room my sister attempted to get in the shower and basically the shower flooded. They said they would change our room however we were late for an event already. There was only a few irons in the whole hotel. After we came back from the hotel I called down to have the room change and was told to come down to move. The night time front desk clerk was very rude and not people really until I had to get with her. She placed us in room 119 and when we got up there it wasn’t clean, had not towels and no blankets. The hotel was VERY RUSHED. The elevator can only hold 2 people maybe 3 at a time. The room doors don’t have bolt/security locks so it doesn’t feel safe especially if you have a pool side room which is what they switched us to. When I checked out the manager did refund my money however they only I paid in total $117.38 they only refunded $54.62 and was told I had to contact Expedia for the rest.

It was a nice visit. The staff was very pleasant. The room was very clean. The shower could use a little bit of updating. It’s not outdated, but it seems that it holds a little water and it didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked it to feel however the day was very good and very peaceful and quiet didn’t have any issues
