LA HABITACION ES BASTANTE FUNCIONAL, SIN EMBARGO EN TODA MI ESTADIA, NO SE LIMPIO NI SE CAMBIARON LAS TOALLAS. TIENE PERSONAL MUY EMPATICO Y OTROS MUY POCO COOPERADORES, EL JOVEN QUE ME ATENDIO EL CHECK OUT MUY POCO EMPATICO, A PESAR DE QUE LE PEDI APOYO PARA CONSEGUIR UN TAXI, LO TUVE QUE TOMAR EN LA CALLE. EL HOTEL ESTA SITUADO EN UNA ZONA TRAQUILA Y CERCA DE CASI TODO, HAY TIENDAS Y RESTAURANTES QUE SE PUEDEN VISITAR CAMINANDO. EL DESAYUNO ESTA INLCUIDO Y CREO QUE ES BASTANTE BUENO.EN TERMINOS GENERALES ES BUEN HOTEL A BUEN PRECIO.

Oda çok temiz düzenliydi, Gayet güzel kokuyordu. Gerçekten evinde hissedebileceğin kadar nezih bir ortamdı. Otelin kendisine ait otoparkının olması büyük avantaj. Kahvaltı hem çeşitli hem de lezzetliydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Çok memnun kaldım ve bundan sonra Ankara’ya geldiğimde yine burada kalacağım her şey için teşekkürler

Ankara’nın merkezinde yeni açılan VE Hotels Adakale otelde 2 gece konakladım. Konumu harika. Bina sıfır olarak yenilenmiş. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Odalar temiz. Kahvaltı yeterli. Ve en önemlisi otopark mevcut. Kızılayın hemen yanı başında. Tavsiye edilir.

Temizlik biraz sıkıntılı. Odayı temizleme kağıdı astığınızda sadece yatağınızı toplayıp çöpü boşaltıyorlar banyo tuvalet temizlemiyorlar

Otel bünyesinde restoranta sahip olması mükemmel, çalışanlar çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Çok sakin nezih bir otel.

Aklınıza gelen tüm hizmetler gayet başarılıydı.

Not so satisfied at all.

-at arrival girl at reception barely spoke English, this is not normal? Even if Ankara is not a tourist city, still you should speak English in case foreigners stay at the hotel.
-they gave me a room right next to the restaurant. Had to cover my windows with towels to have enough privacy to take a shower or sit on the toilet without someone seeing me. Windows very thin so you can hear the restaurant/people passing all the time. Not nice.
-one morning between 8.00 and 10.00 AM there was no electricity- they just cut it?
-another time there was no water - they just closed it?
-1 time instead of tidying my room they just put a bag with water and slippers. AT LEAST make the bed?
-last night they put a super hot heater next to my room outside, it was like a sauna in my room and couldnt sleep for hours!!! It was also SUPER noisy!!!

They DONT think about the comfort of the guests!!!
They are just UNprofessional in general.

Otel çok çok çok iyi, son zamanlarda kaldığım en nezih ve en cool ortamlardandı ama odamın banyosunda inanılmaz lağım kokusu vardı resepsiyon yeni açıldığı için bazı odalarda böyle bir durum var dedi...
Açıkcası bende diğer odalar ile aynı fiyatı ödeyip bu şekilde koku içinde odayı kullanmak hiç hoş değildi...
Dilerdim ki o odanın sorunu çözülene kadar rezerveye açılmamasıydı. Yinede herşey çok güzeldi tavsiye ederim.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect within a 5 minute walk to Sihhiye metro and bus station, 5 minute walk to Kizilay station.Plenty of good cafes around to eat at within walking distance.

Rooms are comfortable with air conditioning and a comfortable bed although the room size is slightly on the smaller side. Wardrobe spacw is pretty limited. Its okay for short stays. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Wifi is fast and the breakfast buffet is good.

Room cleaning and turndown was disappointing. The daily cleaning was hastily done. Its acceptable if you stay for a few days but if you need to stay longer than a week, it

I traveled to Ankara for a conference and I was very happy to stay at VE Hotels. This hotel is located in a quiet area in the heart of the city. Staffs were very professional and welcoming. Within ten-minute walk I could find metro station, wonderful local restaurants, and shopping streets and malls. Their breakfast was nice, and I really liked the desert and hot dishes they provided, too.

Konumu çok iyi otopark problemi olmayan bir otel. Aile ile rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir. Odaları gayet temiz ve düzenli. Tek problemimiz odaya girişimizde 3 defa kart değiştirmeye gittik kart çalışmadı. Onun dışında bir problem yaşamadık herkese tavsiye ederim
