Pros:

Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk. We escaped and spent afternoon here.

Pros:

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel had recently opened. All the waiters and head chefs were very kind. The reception staff seemed a bit stressed and overwhelmed. The organization needs improvement. In the evenings, the programs were always spontaneous, and the guests had no idea what was planned for the day. The pictures on this platform do not match the actual rooms. The photos show direct access to the pool, but the description says otherwise — this could be adjusted to avoid being misleading. The food is excellent with a wide variety of options. Would gladly come again.

Pros:

Bodde i en junior suite med delad pool, så härligt. Stor pool som 7 rum delade och det var aldrig för trångt. Utsikt mot trädgård och det kändes avskilt men ändå nära till restaurang och de allmänna poolerna. Bra mat frukost, lunch och middag med många olika alternativ. Supertrevlig personal.
Det enda vi saknade var krokar för att kunna hänga upp kläder och fler galgar.
Och något som kunde ge skydd för solen på terrassen när solen låg på under eftermiddagen.
Hade vi haft det hade vi nog aldrig lämnat terrassen. Lugnt område med några restauranger och små supermarkets. Nära till andra byar och utflyktsmål.

Pros:

Et fantastisk personale, alltid smilende, hyggelig og hjelpsom. Rent og flott hotel. Og artig badeland. Veldig bra underholdning til barna. Nydelig mat. Litt lang og kronglete gå til stranden men den lokale bussen rett utenfor var perfekt til å ta bort til Lindos og Pefki Beach (en mye flottere strand 10 min unna). Anbefales

Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The waterpark was a highlight, especially for kids. The hotel itself is modern and kept clean, and we found the staff, especially the animators and waiters, to be kind and friendly throughout our stay.

However, there were a couple of downsides. First, the city tax charged at the hotel was double the amount shown in our booking confirmation, and unfortunately, the situation was not handled in a very friendly or apologetic manner by the reception supervisor. Saying sorry about the mistake would already have made a difference. Additionally, we experienced mosquito or bug bites during the nights.

That said, we still appreciated many aspects of our stay and believe the hotel has a lot to offer, especially for families with young children.
