They gave our room to someone who would pay more and said that they couldn’t find our reservation.

El peor lugar al que puedas ir, a pesar se presentar nuestra papelería de reservación no nos dieron habitación argumentando que ellos ya no tenían convenio con Expedia, demostramos que ese hotel estaba anunciado en Expedia y habíamos pagado con anticipación pues el hotel no daba otra opción, nos trataron horrible y no devolvieron el dinero…. Estafadores que se anuncian y luego dicen que ellos no son ! El encargado solo nos ignoró y solo dio el número de otra persona que supuestamente se haría cargo, estuvimos en medio de la calle esperando respuesta y a esas horas tuve que volver a buscar hotel !

Pros:

Discriminated by the staff. The complimentary continental breakfast was disgusting. The women were ordered not to serve me. Gay waiters harassed me. The food at the restaurants was horrible. The room was small and unaccomedating. Cars were not allowed to enter the property. The currency at the ATM machine was wrong. The sports bar was not open. The dry cleaners doesn't know how to clean or press clothes.
