Be aware that staff may try to sell you tours. The TV didn't work for the first 3 nights. And you may had issues with taxis the street is full of street vendors but the street is not far. Cute if you're doing solo travel

The staff overcharge for services. It's a rip-off attitude. Watch yourself.

What i didn't like is the street this hotel is on is a very busy street with no car access so the taxi can leave you and youhave to walk past sellers on the street, also no airport transportation as listed.

DIMA IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND CAN ARRANGE AIRPORT TRANSFER AT A GREAT COST AND IS SO WILLING AND AVAILABLE TO HELP. THE HOTEL IS SO BEAUTIFUL IN A WONDERFUL AREA THAT IS VIBRATED WITH LOCAL CULTURE. LOTS OF SHOPS JUST OUTSIDE THE LITLLE STRIP WHERE THE HOTEL IS LOCATED I STAYED AT MULTIPLE HOTELS IN CAIRO AND GIZA AND I WILL BE RETURNING TO THE IMPERIAL HOTEL AFTER MY STAY IN LUXOR BEFORE RETURNING HOME🇨🇦. VERY AFFORDABLE FOR A SINGLE GAL AND SO SAFE‼️THANKS DIMA I FOUND MY HOME IN CAIRO AND YOUR HOSPITALITY AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP ME IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY IS SO APPRECIATED ❤️🦄🇨🇦 WILL BE BACK FOR SURE

Wonderful property. Close to a lot of things. Great food selection right outside property.. Dima was great with my late check out and helping me get around . Would come back

Séjour agréable mais l'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas très explicite. On se retrouve dans un hall avec des hôtels différents a chaque étage ne sachant pas trop où se diriger. Heureusement gardien du hall a su nous orienter. Petit déjeuner copieux et service agréable.

ホテルは初見だと分かりにくい場所にありましたが、予約時に送迎をお願いしたので無事に場所を確認することができました。手違いがあり異なるターミナルにドライバーがいたようですが、なんとか落ち合うことができてよかったです。Uberするよりは割高ですが、頼んでよかったです。
エジプトでよく見るドアなしのエレベーターを登って着きました。
チェックインは12:30と書いてありましたが、朝空港着だったため、そのまま送迎してもらいチェックインしてもらえました（追加料金なし）
部屋に入るとダブルベット1台で予約していましたが、シングル3台の部屋に案内されました。私たちの前にチェックインしていた家族が、部屋が小さいと交渉していたのを見ましたが、2名で泊まるには十分だったので、特に交渉せずそのまま使わせてもらいました。

部屋には大きいテレビが設置してあり、Netflix・YouTubeも見れました。Wi-Fiも十分な速度でホテルでは快適に過ごせました。
ただ、風呂場が入った当初は少し下水道臭くて残念でしたが、一日換気扇を回しておいたら気にならないくらいにはなりました。

フロントで対応してくれた女性の方がとても親切で、観光スポットの案内や、お土産を買うためのスーパーの案内をしてくれました。勇気を出して話しかけてよかったです。

ホテルのあるエリアは、いろんな観光地に行きやすく、近くに飲食店などが多かったため便利でした。
ただ、夜になるとホテル前の通りは、服屋が営業するため、にぎやかになり、観光客として声をかけられまくります。
車通りは多いですが、その分Uberも割とすぐ捕まえられるため、便利な立地だったと思います。

Wonderfull atmosphere

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. There is a lady that works there called Deema. She is probably the most hospitable person I’ve ever met. She gave us so many things to do whilst we were there and took such good care of us. Such an amazing person. She helped me and my friend with absolutely everything. May god bless her. Such a nice place aswell right in the heart of downtown Cairo.

Piccolo albergondotato di ogni comodità e in un'area che è perfetta per i viaggiatori, ma anche per chi viene al Cairo per lavoro. Pulitissimo, moderni impianti nei bagni e connessione wifi veloce

Hotel is one floor in an otherwise unremarkable building. It is on the third floor. Rooms are spacious and basic but nice. Staff is very friendly and went out of their way.

It is in a pedestrian street so it is noisy into the evening.

Have to walk to either end of the street to catch a ride.

Convenient to downtown for walking.

A bit messy with the airport shuttle transport and there were no electricity on the first night so we had to stay somewhere else. Other than that, once we got to the hotel, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good! Great location and staff were friendly!

Very good position. Clean. Hairdryer blows only cold air. In general a very good hotel for Cairo

The hotel is a little bit difficult to find and on a noisy street at night, but everything in the room is new and the bed was really comfortable.
Unfortunately there was a very strong smell if sewage coming up, which isn't ideal.
The staff was very nice and they brought me early breakfast since I had to go to the airport before the official breakfast time,which I really appreciated!

A very nice hotel in an old building but the whole 3rd floor is where this hotel located and recently renovated to a modern standard.
Note other floors have other hotels 3 others, sharing the same building.
This hotel had a very modern bathroom, fridge, espresso machine, kittle, large flat TV, free wifi
