Pros:

Very nice room, bed comfy, Our card door key didn’t work, walked the length of the building to office- rekeyed, walked back- key still didn’t work, had to have maintenance open door, Got another set of keys, At 10:30 that night, we tried to get in our room and keys still didn’t work, Thank goodness the office was still open and clerk had to walk us to our room and unlock door. The hotel is in a poor part of town, hard to get in and out of parking lot. We would stay there again though.

Pros:

Hotel better than expected. In transition but you can see where it is heading. Rooms clean and quiet. Sheets super soft. Bed comfortable. Shower had good pressure and water heated quickly. Staff was super nice.

WiFi needs a boost of speed and power so it provides constant connectivity.

Will definitely stay here again when in Tucson!

Room was very clean. Seemed new. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately the location isn’t great. It’s on the freeway so it very loud. No pool yet. Did not love the area of town.

Super bummed I guess I should have looked more into the hotel before our stay but when the name includes swim club you expect a pool. We left early and went down to Hotel McCoy and it saved our little vacation

This property is under some construction, but my impression is that they are putting in a pool and improvements. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable. What I didn’t understand is their concentration to the beautiful tile in the bathroom, rain-shower/shower head, and even so much as a garment steamer to accommodate the guest however, the coffee selection with lack of coffee amenities, puzzled me. Why put so much money into the room but yet have such poor options for morning coffee. Coffee is an important thing to people so I feel the creamers, sugars and coffee selection should be upgraded.
Other reviews have complained about being too close to the freeway and noise, however, I was on the side of the freeway and didn’t hear anything. There were no issues there at all.
Overall, this place was just fine, very clean, the two women that were on staff for the two days that I were there were extremely friendly and helpful and I imagine once a pool is put in, this place will be a nice stay.

Pros:

Amazing upgrade to this facility! So clean and so many details hit the mark. Shower had a rain element and they provided a steamer for clothing. First class. They are doing more as they are building a pool and restaurant on property! Hats off Alice!
