Pros:

This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our trip around the island. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and in an excellent location for the wineries and local restaurants. The breakfast was epic and the staff were extremely polite and friendly, especially the super sweet Nectaria. Don't hesitate to book.

Pros:

Right in the centre of Ebonas but not noisy.
Hosts were very kind and nothing too much trouble to help us.
The accommodation was spotless and our only concern was that the bathroom was downstairs from the bedroom.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp - ein Ausflug ins Bergdorf Ebonas sowieso.
Hotel ist neu, wurde erst im März 2025 eröffnet, sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Service Personal, und speziell der Inhaber sind sehr freundlich, es gibt super Frühstück.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt gerne wieder. Danke

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
The included breakfast was a real highlight every morning. It was fresh, varied, and prepared with a lot of care – a perfect way to start the day. Our room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

What made our experience truly special was the owner. He is one of the kindest and most genuine people we've ever met while traveling. You can really feel that He puts his heart into running this place.

The location is also great — restaurants, and local shops, but still quiet enough to relax and unwind.

We felt completely at home and would definitely come back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
