When we checked in, after a long flight, and entering this hotel through a very narrow and uncomfortable looking entrance, we were told we had no room. The receptionist said that I had to pay them more, to be shifted to another hotel down the road, and it was not a happy start at all. He tried to call the owner, and there was no answer. After several attempts the owner answered and yelled at the helpless receptionist who was trying very hard to find a solution. The excuse was that the room was not ready having made a reservation from the night before. Finally …We got relocated to another hotel. Not feeling safe at all. I spoke to the owner, via the phone of the receptionist, and he was so unapologetic about the entire situation. We had to walk to the next hotel with our bags as they refused to get us a taxi stating it was very near. However this is not the kind of welcome one expects on arrival in Egypt on my maiden visit and having been scammed by the taxi driver from the airport to the Giza area hotel ( a ride that is usually around US$20/- $25/- he charged us $45/- which we learned was an absolute scam. By now we were not trusting anyone in Egypt. The properties in this area are noisy and unclean. Yes it is close to the Pyramids and the Grand Museum. It is an amazing country but most people are trying constantly to overcharge and scam tourists. Everyone J walks. The streets are noisy and people are not respectful of each other. locals even told me ‘do not trust anyone.

Spotless modeen little room and the views from the roof are just like the picture. Hot shower. Breakfast was handmade plentiful and really delicios. Bed was comfortable. Room was small but totally fine for 2 ppl. Wifi was 30mbps down and 4mbps up. So was fine for general email and light browsing. The hotel was very quiet inside even though the street had a lot of traffic. The elevator was nice. Its super tiny but great with luggage since the kobby is quite a few floors up. Just take the elevator with the tiye sign, all the eay to the to0 floor and you will see the lobby. The hosts were the best part. So sweet and friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.
We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful brand new hotel and everything is luxury. We had a Jacuzzi room with a beautiful view of the Pyramids. The rooftop with breakfast was outstanding. Sabri at the reception was a great guy and all the staff were very professional especially Mariam. I love everyone here and the hotel was amazing!!!
Nettes Personal, danke an alle!
The staff was great, the owner very accommodating, location very close to the museum and pyramids. I'd advise to stay in a nicer part of town and just commute to the pyramids. And I'd advise to make your own arrangements if you want a tour (or just uber to pyramids and museum at a fraction of the cost). Their recommendation was both expensive and not honest. That shouldn't reflect the hotel directly, but it was a factor that made my stay less than ideal.
