Tienen una ubicación muy buena, la torre es construcción reciente, pero ya se nota falta de mantenimiento… el staff de recepción bien a secas, no muy dispuestos a complacer al huésped

Bad service... we stayed there for a week, 3 times I requested coffee/sugar as they do provide coffee maker. Not only they did not provide any, they did not even cleaned/replaced the mugs we used. We did finally get coffee grounds on our last day there.

Me gustó, nada más que al principio me confundí porque al llegar son como 2 o 3 hoteles juntos, entonces la recepción estaba en el otro hotel y para cualquier decir que no limpiaran la habitación teníamos que ir a a recepción, de ahí en fuera todo queda súper cerca, hay un Oxxo, una gasolinera y una farmacia a la vuelta
