What I liked:

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to rest.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, and there was always enough to choose from

C'est le meilleur du centre-ville. Les employés sont très respectueux, comme Youssef, Nancy, Amira et Ahmed. Les chambres étaient très propres, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et ce fut un excellent séjour. Tout le monde nous a aidés à organiser notre séjour touristique en Égypte.

Es imposible describir con palabras cómo nos ha tratado la familia del Crown Hotel. Fueron súper atentos en todo momento, serviciales, amables y detallistas. De hecho, tanto mi pareja como yo nos enfermamos por algo que comimos fuera del hotel, y ellos nos cuidaron con una dedicación y atención que parecía que nos estaba cuidando nuestra familia. Eternamente agradecidos con el hotel. El Crown Hotel no solo es limpieza, buena habitación y buena zona, sino también su gente.

Une équipe dynamique aux petits soins dans les moindre détail. Une équipe d'hommes et femmes dévoués à leurs clients. Une ambiance familiale, des conseils très utiles pour un séjour le plus accompli possible. Je ne remercierais pas assez cette formidable équipe.

Worth the money and very nice staff
Staff were amazing. Very friendly and we’re always happy to help. They provided a breakfast every morning which is brought to your room and the room was spacious and clean. Value for money I would say 10/10.
