Location is 10/10 for this price.10 minute, mostly easy walk from downtown Fira as well as the bus station, which all buses on the island depart from.
I was nervous abt the room due to other reviews... our room, was clean and had the bare necessities, and Ephrem was responsive as well as kind and helpful.
If you are expecting a 5-star resort with a 1-star resort price, that is where you are mistaken, but I feel as though that is sort of on you based on price you pay. We booked the smallest room with a large bed for two, it had that. The room was the most basic it can get, bed, one sheet, one comforter, mini-fridge, one chair, AC, TV, and a tiny bathroom. That being said, we paid a great price, especially for location, and honestly if you're planning to not spend a lot of time in the room, it wasn't bad at all. There are things he could do to make the experience better, there is no closet or hooks of any kind anything else you'll bring, and there is no table so our stuff lived on the ground. There is no full sized mirror, sometimes hot water didn't work, and he doesn't greet you upon arrival so the door was unlocked when we got there and location is hard to find at first with no signage. Bathroom was the worst part, shower was only a handheld and no where to actually hook it up so you had to hold it the whole time. All that being said, I would absolutely stay here again, it was overall a great place for what it was, and would recommend if you're okay with all of that!!

Excellent communication on how to get to the property. And helped organise transport to the accommodation too. The room was clean, a few minor things like lack of mattress protector

The apartment was close to fira centre and quiet! Only minus that there smell little bit moisture/suor.

L’unico aspetto positivo di questa struttura è la posizione, centrale e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione dei bus per chi non vuole noleggiare auto o scooter. Per il resto, l’esperienza è stata ampiamente deludente.
L’accoglienza è stata inesistente: il proprietario è arrivato in struttura infastidito, solo dopo numerose chiamate da parte di più ospiti per un blackout, senza nemmeno salutare.
Le camere sono estremamente piccole, molto diverse da come appaiono nelle foto, al punto da non avere spazio sufficiente nemmeno per appoggiare una valigia o gli effetti personali in bagno.
Attenzione al cliente pari a zero.. avevo richiesto un asciugacapelli che non mi è mai stato consegnato, nonostante le promesse.
Letto scomodo, pulizia superficiale, e servizi essenziali assenti. Inoltre, ho sentito diversi altri ospiti lamentarsi degli stessi problemi.
Per fortuna, il soggiorno è durato solo tre notti.

Unfortunately, the accommodation lacked even the most basic standards expected of a holiday rental. The room was unclean and unsuitable for occupancy—it was infested with insects, had smell coming from a sewer pit manhole between the beds, and the linen and covers were dirty/burnt. To make things worse hot water was not available in the evenings and over night.

Great location but the rooms our family stayed in were HUMID because there is no window in the bathroom. Towels are stiff, pillows are flat, are blankets look old. For the amount of money we paid, we can get a better place elsewhere. You are living in a rock with no ventilation besides the small ac unit. Don’t be surprised to feel sticky damp sheets all throughout the night.

Ephrem is excellent as staff. He gave us an option for a fantastic private tour of the island and then later made sure that we were ok with the room.
