Home away from home
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich toll! Direkt in der Altstadt, in der Nähe von allen Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten und vom Hafen. Wir hatten das Maisonette-Zimmer, welches wirklich sehr geräumig und perfekt für Familien ist. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber! Das Frühstück wird mit viel Liebe draußen auf der Terrasse serviert. Alle sind immer sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Wenn ich noch mal nach Chania komme, dann gerne wieder in die gleiche Unterkunft.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Déjeuner délicieux et généreux.
Personnel très sympa et donnant de bons conseils.
Chambre et salle de bain correctes.

Cons:

Dommage que le déjeuner ne soit pas présenté sous forme de buffet même s'il était très bon.
Les matelas sont assez durs...

Very comfortable stay. Worth every penny. Highly recommended if staying in Chania old town.
Pros:

The location, staff, cleanliness, bedroom, free drinking water. They have beach towel per request. Breakfast can be improved by adding more selections if you stay more than 2 nights, otherwise it was good as well

Un luogo magico che resta nel cuore
Pros:

La struttura è nel centro storico di Chania, una zona completamente pedonale.
É curatissima, con un bellissimo patio dove abbiamo consumato le colazioni servite al tavolo da personale gentilissimo. La nostra camera era molto elegante, al secondo piano e si affacciava sulla caratteristica piazzetta.
A disposizione degli ospiti una bellissima terrazza al secondo piano della struttura.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in camera una bottiglia di vino bianco e una bottiglia d’acqua. L’acqua veniva fornita ogni giorno gratuitamente.
La colazione al tavolo prevedeva cappuccino o altre bevande calde, yogurt greco con frutta, fette di torta fatta in casa, succo d’arancia, un piatto tipico greco che variava ogni giorno e uova preparate al momento (omelette, strapazzate, ecc).
Ma il valore aggiunto di Ionas Hotel è la famiglia che lo gestisce: Christine, Michel e Sofianna. Persone squisite, gentilissime, cordiali, sempre disponibili a scambiare una parola senza essere invadenti. Traspare la passione con cui gestiscono il luogo.
La nostra ottima opinione del posto è stata confermata dal libro lasciato all’ingresso con le entusiaste dediche scritte dagli ospiti.
Il voto 10 che lasciamo é assolutamente meritatissimo. Superfluo aggiungere che consigliamo a tutti il soggiorno qui.

A lovely, cozy hotel in the heart of the Old Town. It is well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The room was perfectly clean and quiet, and the breakfast was unforgettable. The staff were amazing.
