Pros:

I really loved the hotel. It has a very traditional style, which perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Chania. The suite was excellent for our family and very comfortable with our children. Having one floor for them and another for us gave everyone plenty of space and privacy.

The rooms were always very clean, and it was a lovely touch to always have water, snacks, and coffee available. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was good overall, but it was quite simple and limited. I understand that it is meant to be a healthy breakfast, but there were not many options. It mainly consisted of an omelette, homemade cake, and Greek yogurt, with only two pieces of cake and one serving of Greek yogurt for the whole family.

In my opinion, the hotel could improve and expand the breakfast selection. More variety would make the overall experience even better.

The location is on the prettiest street, next to the best hotel in Chania. The family are so welcoming and the breakfast and shaded garden to eat in is wonderful.

Home away from home
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich toll! Direkt in der Altstadt, in der Nähe von allen Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten und vom Hafen. Wir hatten das Maisonette-Zimmer, welches wirklich sehr geräumig und perfekt für Familien ist. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber! Das Frühstück wird mit viel Liebe draußen auf der Terrasse serviert. Alle sind immer sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Wenn ich noch mal nach Chania komme, dann gerne wieder in die gleiche Unterkunft.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Déjeuner délicieux et généreux.
Personnel très sympa et donnant de bons conseils.
Chambre et salle de bain correctes.

Cons:

Dommage que le déjeuner ne soit pas présenté sous forme de buffet même s'il était très bon.
Les matelas sont assez durs...
