Good service and interior; unusual neighborhood.
Pros:

Kush Hotel is a small (family-owned) hotel in a a renovated multi-story building. The interior is new and everything is clean. The staff are friendly. The building is located near the New Cairo Museum. The only concern I had was the location. Hotel is located in a small low-income neighborhood that is surrounded by intersecting highways in all directions. You can see the beautiful new museum from your room window but there is no way that you can walk to it. You have to take a taxi or Uber. Similarly, to go to a restaurant or a food store, you also have to take an uber. So if the immediate neighborhood is not an issue for you this is a nice boutique hotel. I don't recommend this hotel for solo travelers because some might feel uncomfortable in the neighborhood. It can be a good option for a group of four or five friends who can leave the hotel together and return together.
