Personalet ved frontdisken fremstod imødekommende i begrænset omfang og virkede generelt reserverede i deres fremtoning. Der blev ikke udvist særlig venlighed, og ved forespørgsel om parkeringsmuligheder i området oplevede vi en tydelig modvilje, herunder suk og en attitude, der gav indtryk af, at vores henvendelse var til besvær.

Vi var i kontakt med forskellige medarbejdere i receptionen i løbet af vores ophold, men desværre oplevede vi en gennemgående ensartethed i serviceniveauet. Vi havde ellers håbet, at den første oplevelse skyldtes en enkeltstående situation eller en mindre god dag.

Dejligt hotel med superskøn morgenmad.
Pros:

Helt vidunderlig morgenmad. Jeg sætter så meget pris på den fokus hotellet har på bæredygtighed og økologi. Vi kommer rigtig gerne igen. Og glæder os til det.

Cons:

Der mangler er gelænder til den opgang til den bagerste del af hotellet. Det er i sne og is lidt en udfordring for gangbesværede mennesker. Der var ryddet og strøet pænt, men selve opgangen er lidt stejl (særlig på vej ned). Et gelænder ville være fantastisk.

Pros:

Ein total leckeres Frühstück mit viel frischem Obst, tollen Salaten und gutem Käseangebot. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Zimmer. Gute Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs.

stylisches und nachhaltiges Hotel. sehr freundliches personal und zentral gelegen. das frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

sehr kleine Zimmer, noch kleinere Badezimmer. Sauna öffnet erst am Abend und kann nur zum Wochenpreis pauschal gebucht werden. Keine Parkplätze. Eintöniges Frühstück, ohne Abwechslung, wird es in einer Woche langweilig. Restaurant hat nur lokale Getränke.
