Hotel itself is not bad and pool is stylish. Room design ok.
Book the hotel if you want some instagrammable pictures of the pool but don‘t expect 5-Star service and standard – specially when you have international 5-Star experiences and expectations.
During our stay we made a request to shorten our stay because of uncomfortable and small beds. The hotel did not agree and asked us to contact booking.com, which we did. Booking.com then made a request to the hotel on our behalf. According to booking.com the hotel did not respond to that request.
The hotel changed the bed topper, however after this change nobody asked again if everything was ok or if the issue was solved.
We did not sleep well for the whole week. Watch out when you book the room, they only have one standard bed size which is Queen Size.
We were told that this is our fault because we could have checked this on the website and therefore for the hotel the issue was solved. We agree that we could have checked this more carefully before booking. At the same time we would not have booked the hotel if we had read the reviews beforehand.
Staff at the front desk was polite and friendly, but not very customer service oriented when it came to handling the issue.
Rooms are ok but bathroom size is very small for a 5-Star hotel. There is almost no space to put toiletries. The room also needs better maintenance. Sink drain was clogged, the bathroom door clamped and could not be closed without big noise and effort, and there is mold in the shower.
Room cleaning was below expectation. During our 6 night stay the floors seemed never properly cleaned as dust accumulated after a few days. Dirty coffee cups and glasses were often not cleaned and if „cleaned“ they were still dirty. The kettle was full of limestone.
One out of two elevators has been broken for months (also mentioned in other reviews). The elevator that is working is very small and slow.
Tolles Essen, tolles Hotel
Auf Grund der grösse, können nicht alle Gäste am Pool platz finden.
The hotel is beautiful! The pool is, well, the pool! We were looking for a hotel that would be comfortable if the weather was bad and we just wanted to rest.
Just one elevator, the second one supposedly has not been working for a while so since I can't climb stairs, there was the waiting I also thought it was a bit overpriced. But we knew the costs when reserving.

The hotel was very nice, we enjoyed our stay there, the pool area was well cared for and the room as well. The staff were very polite, and the receptionist even offered to check in before the scheduled time.
What could be improved, I think, is the breakfast because there was not much variety of things.
Pool, Zimmer, Bar - es handelt sich wirklich beim gesamten Hotel um einen aussergewöhnlichen Ort. Auch das Personal und alle beteiligten sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut cooles Ambiente!
Wenn es etwas gibt das verbessert werden könnte dann vielleicht der Spa-Bereich - für mich persönlich zu klein und nicht besonders ansprechend. Beim Frühstück, welches super ist, kanns zu bestimmten Zeiten recht eng werden aber ist okay...

Struggled to get room temperature cool enough for good sleep
This hotel had the perfect location in the heart of Copenhagen, it had a great vibe. And as you can tell by the pictures of the hotel pool is a heavenly experience.
The property needs to repair their second elevator, as it was very inconvenient to wait for the only and very small elevator.
