Pros:

Very clean hotel, quiet location, friendly atmosphere. We spent a wonderful, relaxing week.
Absolutely delicious food and for all tastes at breakfast and the dinner menu was varied,refined taste and an excellent presentation.
Staff extremely responsive to guests needs ,we hope to return next year.

Вкусные завтраки/ужины, стильный интерьер, вежливый персонал

Cons:

Долгое обслуживание на ресепшене при заселении - мы ждали пол часа пока женщина закончит общение с гостями. Мы бронировали номер в отеле за полгода (хотели отпраздновать день рожденье в красивом месте в хорошем дорогом отеле), а по итогу нам дали номер с самым некрасивым видом возле шумного подъемника!!!

Также при бронировании нигде не было указано, что бассейн имеет большую глубину! Но больше всего расстроило, что нам выделили столик в самом темном углу зала, а пересесть к окну было нельзя! Хотя у них были свободные столики возле окна. У супруги было день рожденье и ей в честь праздника не разрешили пересесть поближе к окну!

Еще по поводу ресторана - смутил дресс-код некоторых гостей. Многие люди возвращались в ресторан после спа-процедур в раскрытых халатах и тапочках. Отель, который держит марку четырех-звездочного, не должен такого позволять гостям!
