Lo staff era molto gentile, abbiamo avuto dei problemi tecnici con la camera ma Nicole in particolare ci ha supportato. È raro trovare una struttura che si assuma le proprie responsabilità con tale signorilità. Un incidente tecnico può capitare, ma la gentilezza con cui siamo stati trattati fa la differenza. Consigliato per la serietà della gestione. La struttura è pulita ed c'è una bella atmosfera molto tipica

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Coccobello, ma purtroppo l'esperienza è stata interrotta da un guasto elettrico prolungato. Nonostante la struttura disponga di un generatore, questo non è stato attivato tempestivamente, rendendo il soggiorno difficoltoso. Per questo motivo, abbiamo deciso di ripartire dopo la prima notte invece delle cinque previste. Ci tengo però a sottolineare la grande professionalità dello staff: hanno compreso il disagio e ci hanno rimborsato le notti non usufruite senza problemi. Un vero peccato per l'incidente tecnico, perché l'approccio al cliente è eccellente

Cons:

I asked fo breakfast to take away because 8:00 am was to late for me. It was difficult to have it on th 1st morning (and no coffee) and on the 2nd morning they promised I would have breakfast to take away and they did not prepare anything. They did not even answeres the messages.

Pros:

Friendly staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. House keeping provided every day. Our third floor room had plenty of air so I good sleep and privacy. Also the location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants

Siamo stati benissimo! Grazie a tutti, Zanzibar nel cuore ♥️
Pros:

Tutto! Dall’accoglienza dello staff soprattutto Salome, Nicole (proprietaria) alla disponibilità anche per le piccole cose. A giorni alterni organizzano una festa al Coccobello disco che merita con prezzi agevolati per chi è della struttura. Buona la colazione, il caffè espresso e comodità nel spostarsi per Nungwi :)

Cons:

Quando andava via la corrente non c’era l’acqua calda e la possibilità di asciugarsi i capelli :/

La colazione abbondante e varia (dolce e salato); una mattina siamo usciti prima dell'inizio previsto e ci hanno preparato un take away(molto gentili). Le camere ben arredate e personalizzate

Cons:

Essendo le camere solo doppie nn offrono possibilità d prenotazioni per un numero dispari di clienti; noi eravamo 13 e abbiamo quindi richiesto una camera doppia ad uso singola.
Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido con acqua, poi risolto

Довольно вкусная еда в ресторане, аутентичный африканский стиль, приветливые официантки на этом все.

Cons:

Сейфы или ячейки для хранения отель не предоставляет, поэтому деньги и ценные вещи приходится хранить в чемодане, например. Примерно на 3й день мы забыли закрыть чемодан на кодовый замок, и у нас украли из номера 800$, видимо, во время уборки. Владелец и менеджер отеля отказались помогать, никак не включились в ситуацию, сказали лишь: вы ничего не докажете. Полиция тоже саботировала данную проблему, долго не хотели принимать заявление. Ощущение, что они все повязаны.
Вода в номере океаническая и не фильтруется. То есть после океана вы моетесь океаном. Представляете, как это влияет на кожу и волосы.
Каждый день на 5-6 часов отключают электричество, для острова это норма. Но если в других отелях есть генераторы на этот случай, то тут на нем, видимо, сэкономили. Поэтому если вы застали блэкаут вечером в номере, то будете сидеть в темноте и без связи.
Вай-фай, кстати, тут тоже ужасный. Поэтому если вам он нужен для работы, то точно в этом отеле.
Итого, отель категорически не рекомендую, даже если проживание будет бесплатным)

Spotless and huge breakfast and super staff
Pros:

Spotless clean and fresh towels every day - good hot water pressure - large rooms and massive generous breakfast. Staff went above and beyond all the time.

Cons:

We know the country has a lot of power cuts - but they said their generator is broken - not sure when fixed but there was hours with no power or therefore wi-fi which was an issues for sure.
