직원 친절하고 방 깨끗하며 넓슴니다
주차장은 바로 옆에 있고 주변에 맛집도 많아요 특히 호텔로비를 나가면 마로 벳푸타워가 보이는 곳이라 위치도 좋습니다

Food is good, staff are extremely friendly. Room is nice and clean. the only thing that I have to complain is the sound proofing from the window, I can clearly hear all noises from the outside even I close all the windows

Pros:

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed excellent food and private onsen. Each day chefs came up with different delicious menus with plenty of local flavors and impressed us with their creativities. No wonder the owner has been in the local authentic Japanese restaurant business for years I heard.

概観は少々歴史のあるホテルかと思いきや、内部は改装して間もないのか、とても綺麗で、ロビーはとても華やかです。部屋も広くて清潔で快適でした。テレビが大きくてゴージャスでした。露天風呂から外が見えれば目の前に別府タワーがあるのでとても良い眺めだったと思いますが、その場合、向こうからも見えてしまうので、そういうわけにもいかないのでしょうね。市街地内にあるので止むを得ませんが、その点だけ残念でした。とは言え、交通も至便でとても良いホテルだと思います。

Nice clean hotel that is very deceiving from the outside. Excellent customer service and the private onsen was awesome. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Beppu Tower located directly across the street with dining options also within walking distance. Convenient parking one minute away in the outdoor parking for the mall next door.

朝食はとても美味しかったですが、パン食なのでお膳が多すぎて、パンが食べれなかってのが残念でした😢
お風呂はゆっくり入れて快適でした
　17時頃チェックインしたのですが､エレベーター内の匂いが気になりました
　食事の匂いみたいでした😅
