The entire hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

never had a chance to stay. very negative experience.
Pros:

was turned away when we got there, after traveling 14 hours. On line said motel was pet friendly. I reserved 2 rooms,
then was stopped at front desk, no pets allowed.

Cons:

no pets allowed after booking on a pet friendly reservation.

Beautiful scenery with friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff and hotel were exemplary! The room was clean, well stocked and a value for the price range. I booked through a 3rd party and called ahead to ensure it was accepted; the staff answered all of my questions and graciously extended my requests. They met me at the desk and had everything waiting on me. The treadmill was top notch too. I don't use the weights but there were plenty. The quiet and peaceful area gifted me a good night's rest and a scenic drive to my worksight.

Cons:

The location is not an issue if you prefer beautiful and quiet countryside exposure; however, it was in a beautiful countryside location without restaurants and shopping that one needs when traveling for work. I will book there again when I work the area and take foods with me.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room and hotel.
Pros:

The location was very close to the wedding venue we were attending. The hotel was new and was very nice on the inside. The whole hotel smelled great and clean. The beds were very nice as well.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were quite small, but over than that the room was very nice.

Good hotel.
Pros:

All the facility looks like new, clean and modern. Good parking lot and entrance. The attendance was good, the breakfast menu was so good.

Cons:

The smell of mold in the room was horrible. And the tv never was in function.

Pros:

The facility seemed very new. Everything was clean and crisp. The staff greeted us kindly as we arrived and saw to our reservation. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and ready with plenty to choose.

Pros:

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I loved the temperature of the room, it was cool and I slept great!! The bed was comfortable, too.

Cons:

The only issue I had was difficulty adjusting the HVAC unit. There was a refrigerator in the room but it did not have a small freezer in it.

Cons:

The staff, they were overbearing and trying to rush us out of the hotel on check out date, started calling the room 10 minutes before checkout. At exactly check out time while we were gathering our bags to head out the door they started beating at the door to what seemed like a force out from the room!

Great if u want something within 10 minutes of chap high point but service a stay lets say we won’t be back!

Like how it was convenient to get to the chapel where we choose to get married

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very friendly our daughter whose a baby had peed in the bed so I took the covers down to front desk and they was very confused at first an almost don’t give me a new set but eventually did. Our second night stay we asked the cleaning staff if they would change our sheets and covers an give us fresh towels and they denied me that an refused. Very upsetting did to we was getting married that weekend and choose that hotel.

Unauthorized debit card charges
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms spacious bathroom..

Cons:

My debit card was charged without my authorization. They also charged my card for two sodas and two candy bars a total of $17 that's highway robbery..
